It goes both ways. You can't sit here and tell us that Sony didn't look at Achievements before thinking about Trophies. They were going to come out with "Entitlements" but then scrapped the idea. You can argue that Trophies aren't the same as Achievements, but at the same time you can argue that Avatars aren't the same as Mii's, since you can dress them up and they have necks and arms and legs. Everyone copies everyone.
They took Mii's and made them better. Mii's look like dolls.
When it's on PC, it's exclusive to MS. MS owns gaming on PC, unless it's playable on Mac.
You need to calm down, because that's what seperates Lips from SingStar and you do not know anything about it.

It was called Xbox Music Mixer. You could do a lot with it besides sing to your music, like connect with your PC.

The same things will be with the avatars. You will never be forced to buy premium content, ever. It will always be an option.
You can sing songs from your iPod or Zune. That's what separates Lips from SingStar. I think win Lips wins with that IMO.

Okay, if you think Trophies are better that's ok. IMO, Achievements are a better. I like the Gamerscore thing and your games and score get updated on your Xbox Live gamercard automatically.
