Yes but this 8.2 made the Xbox 360 outsell the PS3 in Japan so there is no way Microsoft failed with this one.

Once again, you can't account one experience with one customer for the quality of their support. If their was an article saying how one customer was taken care of very quickly and efficiently, that wouldn't account for the whole support system to be as good to everyone else. The game wasn't as smooth as I thought it would be, it felt like a movie game. The force using was fun and addictive, but to me it's a rental at best.

No it wasn't tacked it. The whole focus on the game is building vehicles and it goes into great depth about it too. I doubt it got "tacked in" You are just trying to find ways to put the game down.
