...I guess if devs. start feeling unwanted they may start to make PSN exclusive indie games and just forego the 360 altogether. Sony has proven that it supports variety in gaming (i.e., Heavy Rain, LittleBigPlanet, The Last Guardian) Microsoft had better kiss indie developers' asses if they want their games to be published on the Live platform.
But the PS3 doesn't need its new motion control scheme to get 360 only owners to buy it. The PS3 has a ton of exclusives that are coming out for it that beg to be played. Twisted Metal, Socom 4, Resistance 3, Killzone 3, Gran Turismo 5, Versus 13 (if it stays exclusive. I hope so.), Motorstorm: Apocalypse, LittleBigPlanet 2, etc. And that's without even mentioning any Move games, though the only Move game that could get someone interested in buying a PS3 JUST for the Move would b...
Bubbles back, man. haha I love SNL.

http://www.youtube.com/watc... It's hilarious too.
Yeah, that skit was awesome. There's another one that was on that same episode that was hilarious. Here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watc...
"I like a big old ass!" ... haha SNL reference. Just watch it til the end. You WILL laugh, guaranteed. :)

But the PS3 will most definitely be second within this next year or so. The reason why is PS3 delivers GAMES, not timed exclusive dlc (for the most part). The PS3 has like 6 or 7 big games this next year, plus all the good multiplats. The 360 has Gears 3. And I'm not counting Move or Kinect games in this argument, only hardcore games. (although some of PS3's hardcore games do work with Move too)
...Sony kind of DOES have ALOT more exclusives coming than the 360. ALOT more. I won't name them because they've been listed so many times that everyone should know them by now. But the main one that will sell PS3s is GT5.
That's true, BUT you have to keep this in mind: 3-4" screens with the 3D built in (no glasses) is ALOT cheaper than a 40-60" tv screen would be comparably. It would cost 5-6000 dollars or more for like a 40" 3D TV that doesn't require glasses as compared to a 40" 3D TV that does use the glasses that only costs like $2000. The reason why Sony doesn't want to use glasses-less 3D yet comes down to the price. Simple.
...Sony is hoping it does well because the PSP2 will probably have 3D as well and that will indicate to Sony that 3D will be well received by the masses. Sony wants people to accept 3D so they can sell their 3D TVs and the PSP2 which I'm assuming will have 3D. I can't imagine it not having 3D.
There's no way this game should get an 8.5. The premise alone should guarantee less than 7.5.
...is a unified party system, but that probably won't come until the PS4 when it'll be made mandatory. Cross game chat will probably be implemented into every game also for PS4. I'm not getting my hopes up for either feature until the PS4 drops, which should be a couple years away.
------------------
Edit: I completely agree with you, man. I'm not hoping for Cross Game Chat. I just figure that with the number of people asking for it, eventually Sony will gi...
It still won't be a "flop". I'm sorry to tell you that. GT5 will still sell a good 2 million the first month worldwide and that's probably a conservative number. GT may not sell as well as Halo does, but it's not that far off either.
Edit: @ rekof Yeah, I know that. I was just making the point that GT is not something that people are going to ignore just because it's taken so long to release. Once it releases, it will sell like crazy and so will P...
haha lmao GT5 will definitely put the PS3 on top in every region for a few weeks, including North America. GT5 will be a force to be reckoned with.
Kinect has a lot more limitations than things it can add to gaming. And, the fact it doesn't have buttons is one of the biggest limitations. It really is true.
...that Media Molecule would let people put their levels up for sale if they're rated high enough by the community. They could give the person like half the profit and MM could keep the other half. It would REALLY entice people to make levels in LBP2 and would effectively turn LBP2 into a dev. kit of sorts for the common gamer so he/she could make some extra cash. Just an idea.
Completely agreed man. I want a REAL GTA like San Andreas remade on PS3 with all 50gb of blu ray space used up and the Cell processor used to the max. GTA 4 was a mess.
None of those games you mentioned are on all three platforms. lol (They're not on Wii.)
----------------------
I personally hope, and I know it's not gonna happen but humor me, that Sony buys Take Two so we can see a PROPER GTA with full utilization of the PS3's assets, blu ray and the cell processor both maxed out.
What makes anyone think that MS will still be supporting the 360 in 2 years? lol I mean look what they did with the original Xbox. They pretty much dropped support for it and moved on to the next system (360). At least Sony still supports the hell out of the PS2 years after the PS3 launched. Although, now, I believe it's getting about time that Sony lets the PS2 die since it's had a good run and the PS3 should be the focal point for Sony for the next few years until the PS4 comes...
