This completely caught me off guard, and was probably the biggest surprise for me for the Microsoft conference. Me and my friend had such a blast playing the first game. I do hope co-op returns cause this looks great.
When I saw Light Yagami with Ryuk I legit lost my mind there. The graphics are very impressive though for this genre.
I was surprised it was Halo. Though I'm not surprised it's not called Halo 6.
Man is it me or did the graphics look very downgraded? Looks fun though which matters.
I was extremely surprised they have purchased Ninja Theory. But hey, regardless of how people feel about it. At least they are trying to make an effort for making more first party studios.
Looks good, but man that was scripted as hell. Normally I would just be yelling "LEEEERRROOOYYYYY" and die in combat while my friend is yelling at me and calling me names XD.
Gonna have to pick this up on Steam. Definitely the best one in the series.
Looks great. Very curious to see what the gameplay will be like though. Is it a shooter with RPG mechanics in 3rd person? Regardless, the world looks incredible so you got my curiosity.
Oh my god this looks amazing. The combat looks fast and fluid. I'm absolutely interested in the world too which is what Fromsoft does a great job at. One of my most anticipated games for 2019 now.
HELL YES!!!! This looks lit. I can't wait for it. Love the style they are going with. Glad they seem to have bought Nero back as well.
It straight up looks like some DLC for AC Origins but with more green. Like literally from the screenshots all the props and menu, etc. looks the same as origins.
I mean........its EA. What did you expect from an EA conference. I will say this though, this e3 conference felt unusually boring and dull. It was probably due to all the talking and cutting to gameplay, talking, gameplay etc. It got old and annoying very quick. Felt very unfocused.
Well you certainly didn't do a convincing job of proving that it isn't a MMO or a multiplayer game with "story bolted on the side".
Where was the story trailer? When you feel the need to explain something to convince people its story is not side bolted or multiplayer focused, then you know you aren't presenting the game correctly. To me, that just makes me more suspicious of how much of a story is there when you feel you need to tell people that.
As others have stated, visually it is impressive but the gameplay doesn't seem to be doing anything interesting. Just an average shooter. This game needs to excel in other areas if it wants to succeed with the playerbase.
It will probably be better than Destiny, but not by much. At least the world and enemy design are more interesting then destiny. It's prettier too, and with jetpacks but that's about it.
They did such a poor job at showing off Anthem trying to impress people. I still don't have an idea of what to expect from a story standpoint and it's kinda lacking personality. Seems like it is a multiplayer game first with single player story as an after thought, kinda li...
Man everything I am hearing about this from the press conference has Destiny written all over it. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing.
Sweet, I really hope we can official release date at e3.
No way. I would lose my mind if it actually somehow made it to release in 2018. I just can't see it though. Too ambitious. I see it releasing in 2019, possibly around the summer to fall 2019.
Honestly I don't even expect any VR shown off from Sony themselves this year at e3. Seems it hasn't truly taken off yet like Sony was hoping it would.
I thought it was a great conference. Alot of games I super hyped for. Solid 8/10 in terms of pure games. They are certainly getting better at this now compared to a few years ago.
