I played it probably 6 months ago on steam. It was alright, but I feel it was a bit too simple in terms of combat and the replayability wasn't that high. The story was meh as well. What made it stand out though was the interesting world design as that was the strongest part of the game. The characters were also quite good as well.
At least we are getting some kind of discount. Personally though, it should be free considering the vanilla game on PC is a terrible port but that's just my opinion.

I still remember last year with PUBG being a contender for GOTY. I was like, why and how is this a potential GOTY. That game did not deserve to even be considered for it. It made me lose a little of faith in journalism. Thank god it didn't win it.
But with this year, GOW will easily be a contender for GOTY. It will be interesting to see what other games could go against it (that makes sense and not something like PUBG).
Meh. Let me know when the series start having interesting villains and a great storyline.
About 4 hours in God of War, and holy crap I am blown away with this.
(VERY MINOR SPOILERS)
The first boss fight I had with this unknown person just awed me the throughout whole fight. Just seeing everything turn to rubble & destruction, with the boss and Kratos flying across the landscape caught me by surprise. I just kept saying holy sh*t over and over. It was incredible and it was just the beginning of the game.

I tried both drawing and using thr analog stick, and both gave me trouble. It just felt very inpercise. Would have been better to just have an assign button to whatever you wanted to turn into instead of the forced gimicky controls.
I persoanlly couldnt get into it. Its unfortuante because Platinum Games is one of my favorite developers but W101 was one of the very few games i did not like from them, mainly due to the controls and how chaotic it got on screen. I couldnt keep up with what was going on due to be too flashy.
It had everything else going for it with the style, sound and fast paced combat. But again, the controls and the flashiness got in the way.
Maybe a sequel will fix ...
I'm glad they decided to go with Norse mythology since I'm more familiar with it then the other two.
Personally I think any multiplayer game should be no more than $40. Even with that price, all maps and weapon DLC should be FREE. But it's Activision, they will never allow that. Prepare for $60 Call of Duty multiplayer only game with a $60 season pass.
You know, that actually makes alot of sense now with all these rumors. Release the campaign only for MW2, and multiplayer only for Black Ops 4. Honestly, it's pretty shitty especially with MW2 receiving the campaign only when that game is deemed as the best multiplayer Call of Duty (in terms of popularity). Quite disappointing for many people with this decision.
Didn't think Nintendo would be doing lootboxes so soon.
Another year, another Call of Duty. Nothing new here guys.
Dark Souls: Prepare To Wait Edition
Why IOS & Mobile...................smh . Konami will never learn.
Oh god please no. I don't want it to be littered with lootboxes, microtransactions, and have a grindy campaign. If so, then I will probably pass.
The game needs no marketing at all and it will still sell 2 million copies easily even if they were to release it out of nowhere. Word of mouth alone will make the game sell.
I just hope they aren't changing too many things up as that is my biggest worry. All I want is improved graphics, sound and voice acting. Maybe add a few slight changes as a little bonus but nothing game changing. It would be cool if they made third person or first person mode an option though.
Microsoft needs to learn that what makes people come back to play their old single player games is because they were great and memorable. Nobody is going to remember this intense match they had in Call of Duty or Overwatch. They mainly play multiplayer with their friends. That's where most of the enjoyment comes from. But not many people will remember every match they had.
Whereas with a single player experience, we have fantastic characters, storytelling, music, gamep...
Lol, I can't even believe this is an actual article. Like what?
The people that only own a Xbox must be very desperate for AAA exclusives. Honestly I feel bad for them.
