Yeah it's pretty clever but it won't have the same impact as the Killzone bundle since everybody and their mama already has Halo 3. It's still a good bundle for those out there looking for a 360.
As a owner of both systems, I feel that the PS3 gets the shaft sometimes from people. Why is that every PS3 exclusive has to the God of all games, has to be completely unique, and have the absolute best graphics ever. I mean give me a break. As I stated in the other article, not a fanboy or anything but if digital downloads are the future then how come there isn't ONE 360 game(not Arcade or Xbox titles) you can download over Live. PSN has some PS3 titles. I own both and it amazes me everytime I hear this from MS.

The game is releasing at this price point to get more sales plain and simple. When parents go out this holiday and see this game at that price they are going to pick it up. Eric Lampel who is the Director of Playstation Network Operations said that Trophy support isn't currently mandated by SCEA. But eventually, after the current wave of games have made it through the development process, new games entering production would be required to support the system. Hope this clears things up a bit. You know it is a little flustrating when some of you guys complained about PSN not having these features that 2.4 brings and now your complaining on how it looks. I think it looks better than the first. Plus, the very short video is also in SD. I guess no one realized that part.
This is just Day 1 sales. Expect more to come but it may not be as high as the first day sales. It really is a great game though and it exceeded my expectations. The rest of the year is looking great also and I can't wait for E3. Hopefully there are some surprises.

What I find Interesting is that the PS3 has roughly half the 360's userbase despite ALL of the negative press, higher price, and no games. And that's also with competition from competing systems. You need to make a folder called "THEME" in all caps and that should solve your problem.
If this game was just for the PS3 it would have gotten slammed more than this. Besides it does have online multiplayer but what about the millions of people that don't have broadband. Broadband is still not available in all areas and it's still expensive for a lot of people. And yes I have a 360 also but it seems that if a game is short for the 360 it's ok but if it's for the PS3 it's the end of the world. Especially on this site. I've been playing it since it came out and it's by far the best "6" game I've ever played. What I find amazing is how this game has got really good scores across the board and this score comes out and all the haters say they game sucks. Makes no since to me whatsoever. This wouldn't be a surprise. Halo 2 made $125 million on it's first day of sales. Being that most of the hardcore Halo fans have a 360, it's going to make a lot more money. The 27th can't come soon enough. I've been holding myself off from watching any of the new videos or looking at screen shots and it's very hard. I just want to save that OMG moment when i first pop the game into my PS3.
