Well, I agree with everything except the first part of your first sentence.Loot boxes are a form of gambling. I really don't see anything wrong with gambling either but in video games it's not a good idea because of the age groups who play games.

And we can't forget that Playstation has had this crown for 4 years including the standard PS4 that came out the SAME MONTH AND YEAR as the standard Xbox. They've had both fronts covered. Back when the OG Xbox came out(it was more powerful and came out a year later). Expected. Hell even the Gamecube was more powerful. It also came out a year later. Expected.

Keeping my expectations in check like I have been. I'm not expecting too much. I'll be happy with even 1 new game announcement. With the collection of shows that Sony does every year, I'm just happy with what they have shown so far. And the Paris Game Show was a pleasant surprise.
I'm not hard to please so 1 new announcement is good enough for me with some updates on games we already know.

For someone who is not a hardcore Final Fantasy player, is this a good game? I only played X and loved it btw. Would I like this one is if I liked that one?
This doesn't seem unrealistic at all. Just say a person plays COD and Battlefield and buys the Map Packs/DLC. That's $100 right there. .
That's hundreds of thousands maybe even millions of gamers. Not all DLC is created equal. I can remember how many of people praised the Witcher 3 DLC. How about Uncharted latest (call it what you want but it's still DLC)? Horizon? Last of Us? All quality DLC.

Didn't this game sell 1 million in Germany alone and just on PS4? 9000 seems like nothing but I guess you have to start somewhere. Like the old saying, "Rome wasn't built in a day".
This game didn't really get heavy marketing so this is fine. Way to downplay the news. This is great for a small studio.

You must have not been around for that "disrespect" last gen. You memory must be fading. This pixel fight will never end. We seen what happened when they released in the same month and year. Of course if you release a system a year after the other it's going to be more powerful. Especially if it's planned and not do to shortage or delay in parts.
