Wahh! This guy thinks a game that I think is fun is disappointing! He's not a real gamer for disagreeing with me!
Grow up.
After reading your comment, there are only two conclusions I can come to.
1. You completely misread my comment.
2. You have no idea what you're talking about.
I'm willing to put my money on the latter though.

Your first point is absolutely ridiculous. Claiming that the actual software development process is more difficult because you need permission to do so is probably the single most moronic thing I've...
Your comment brilliant outlines the ignorance of the general populous of this website.
Everyone on this website pretends they're experts on software development, when it's painfully obvious that most haven't even the faintest idea how to write even a basic "Hello World" program (and I would assume a great majority don't even know what that is).
The reason that developers focus on consoles so much is because of how much easier it is t...
I take it you completely missed the point of consoles after reading that comment. Allowing users to touch the software of any console would kill the brand almost immediately.
Modifying Hardware - Components would be overpriced because a console isn't an open platform like a PC. This means that the company that owns the console would hold a monopoly on everything (Just look at the price of a controller). Also; depending on the extent of hardware modding, it would cause inc...
People who understand that he's comparing an entire franchise to additional content for a single game.
I hate how people like you sit there and call him a fool when he's one of the main reasons that gaming is anything like it is today.
"Drop that awkward logo
Come on Eidos Montreal, you aren’t really going to call the game Thi4f are you? That’s awfully silly."
My thoughts exactly. F3AR anyone?
Too be fair, at least we're back to zombies and the urban environment that the original games had. The story (seems) to be going back to where it should be.
However, the gameplay seem to have evolved a bit further away from their roots, and just seems to build upon the mechanics that 4 and 5 have laid out, which isn't really surprising to be honest.
I was a bit disappointed when I saw the trailer though, because it started off so well only to shift t...
It only switched camera angles? Really?
> Currency didn't exist in the older games.
> Enemies dropping items and ammunition, encouraging people to kill instead of survive
> Buying Items and Weapons from Shops instead of finding them throughout the game.
> Upgrading weapons with currency instead of parts.
> Set in remote parts of Africa, and not an urban environment.

Who said anything about Resident Evil 5? Looks like you've never played a Resident Evil game other than 4 or 5.
Vanilla Minecraft is incredibly boring. Why anyone would bother with playing the console version is beyond me.
Please don't sit there and try to act like you know what you're talking about when you clearly do not.
Minecraft is written in Java, and Java has built-in garbage collection, which makes memory leaks virtually impossible to get on accident. Unless you're sitting there and creating endless amounts of new objects and holding their references forever, it wont happen.
Besides, even if there were a memory leak, the game would constantly give OutOfMemor...
umm
no it isn't.
Oh stop with the "Sony is being bullied" rhetoric. People dislike the comment, stop crying about it.
Also, inb4 this comment gets flagged as a 'personal attack'.
Oh boo hoo. I'm sick and tired of everyone on here who get incredibly insulted and defensive whenever something that isn't overwhelmingly pro-Sony is posted. You guys are a joke, I don't even know why I bother reading the comments, it's the same old butthurt fanboy crap every time.
How else do you suggest swapping your weapons? Works perfectly on the PC as you can just hotkey them to any of the number keys.
And how else would you expect to view your character? First person?
Nice Strawman.
Why do I have four disagrees? You disagree with me not understanding the reasoning behind a certain control scheme?
You guys are either idiots or have never played the game (on PC).
I completely agree. Having to use the WASD buttons to navigate through the first two levels of a menu only to be forced to click on the last option to select it makes no sense to me.
Also, another inconsistency I've noticed is that you use 'e' to confirm pretty much everything, then they throw in one or two things where 'enter' is confirm.
Other than that, the game is fantastic and easily my game of the year. Dark Souls was fantastic, but ...
Every comment I see from you irritates me to no end. You're always trying to play the victim card and pretend that the whole big bad world is out to hurt your precious Sony. This site is seriously nothing but a Sony fanboy circle jerk... it's ridiculous.
Calling it 'Reactionary AI' doesn't change the fact that their actions are scripted. The odds of the AI being the result of some procedural generation at runtime are very slim. If that were the case, the A...
