@PixelSword
I don't recall him saying the video didn't look grainy. You getting all upset and going on a long pointless rant about how "the fanboys are out to get you" is ridiculous...
Meh, nothing exciting here. Move on, folks.
@SuperStokey1123
I never claimed it was perfect. I will claim, however, that it is multitudes better than anything that consoles are offering.
And any features that it doesn't offer can easily be substituted by using other software that's freely available (I often use Skype for gaming with friends).
Steam has features like Groups and Green Light, which focus heavily on community. It also helps that most online games on PC allow player...
Laughing at all of the dislikes from people who obviously have never used Steam.
How can you not laugh at "Sorry Mario, the Princess is in another Castle?" It's golden!
Well I see it on Amazon for $35 used (The PS3 version). Though you can get everything it features (plus more) for loads cheaper on Steam.
It's hard to find one? Implying that there is one. ;)
There's plenty of more recent games that had brilliant OSTs...

Right; other games do it, so it's obviously perfectly fine for us to. What ridiculous logic.
Apparently the problem that everyone has with this whole system just flew miles over your head.
The whole system is Pay-To-Win. The only reason they're giving people tickets is so they can feel like they've actually a chance at winning something. The truth is that the only people that will ever win anything do so because they bought some tickets.
Assume that you're the best Uncharted 3 player in the world, but you refuse to purchase tickets. You w...
Ah, right. Someone writes an article criticizing a series you like so you try to shift the focus onto a game that you dislike in an attempt to invalidate the arguments that were put forward originally.
What's was that fallacious logic called again? A Red Herring, maybe?
I expect no less from N4G.
I love Steam and it's sales. It's pretty much the reason why I don't turn my PS3 on often anymore.
I've spent maybe $100 so far this sale (which is nearly over now [probably a good thing]), and bought:
- Alan Wake
- Alan Wake's American Nightmare
- Beyond Good & Evil
- Dead Island
- Dear Esther
- Dragon Age: Origins (Ultimate Edition)
- F.E.A.R
- F.E.A.R. Extraction Point

That's exactly what I thought the moment I heard "Nude Human-Spider hybrid"...
Damn, your computer doesn't have at least Windows '95 support? That's a pity.
I take it you don't know what the GPU is.
Well, technically you don't, you'll just be stuck in cardboard league for the rest of your days.
Because people who whine about stupid pointless shit like this need to be talked to in a nice kind and mature manner...
So you're watching a side-by-side comparison of the E3 and Jimmy Fallon demo (which shows differences), then claim that the Jimmy Fallon demo was just the E3 demo... and still manage to get more Agrees than Disagrees?
This just further proves that on N4G; as long as you bend over for Sony, you can say pretty much anything and people will still agree with you, regardless of how ridiculously wrong it is.
And no; something doesn't have to be on-rails to ...
@Azmatik
You seem to have forgotten about a little thing called "PC Gaming". Pretending that some budget gaming console is going to be multitudes more powerful than even the best PC rigs is ridiculous. And acting as though console hardware is somehow years ahead of PC hardware is outright retarded.
