Oh shut up. You're acting like a fucking child, you realize that?
"This article is ridiculous because it doesn't stroke the almighty cock of Polyphony Digital, but instead says that the damage modeling could have been better."
The game looks like it's going to be a fantastic experience, but the fact is that the damage modeling looks kind of crappy.
The people on this site are absolutely pathetic.

I wasn't a fan of the second one, and this one doesn't seem to have changed much. I think I'll give it a miss.
It honestly looks like this could just be a map pack for Killzone 2. The online looks almost identical to it. The loadout has a few new features, melee is slightly different, 'Press Square to stand up'... and that's really it. The sound effects and sprites seem to be recycled from the second game as well.
If you don't own a Wii and already own a PS3 then you completely missed the point of his comment, didn't you?
The original comment said that most people would stick with their Wii's rather than go buy a PS3 and move controller.
The fact that you got 9 agrees and 0 disagrees proves one of two things. This whole site is so unbelievably biased it's ridiculous, or that everyone is too fucking stupid to be able to read. I'm willing to side with...
When you purchase a used game, someone still purchased that copy of the game. The developers had been paid for that disc, and whoever you bought it used from will no longer have it for themselves.
When you pirate a game, you're getting copies of the game that the developers don't get paid for. If someone uploads a game and 1000 people download it, that's 1,000 copies of the game that exist that the...
I seriously cannot imagine how they could put the Armor spider in there and not the Maneaters? Your ass had better be light as a feather when at that second one comes out else you're guaranteed to see an archstone realllly soon.
Not only does the time it takes to complete a game vary from person to person - [I can be Resident Evil 2 in about 2 hours, for example] - But it's somewhat bias as well. For example, they say Fable is a short game, yet they put the estimated playtime at 7 hours, and say this is only if you do the main-storyline quests, and nothing else.
Then there's the fact that they don't know about every game that's been made (which is obvious). For example; The game "...
I'm not so certain the hardware sales are going to plummet like everyone is claiming.
The main reason is because PS3 games tend to have huge files that would take up huge amounts of HDD space.
I'm also pretty sure that Sony will be able to patch this exploit with a simple firmware update. I realize everyone is saying the device itself can't be detected - which may or may not be true - but Sony definitely has the ability to patch whatever the chip ...
1. Mandatory Install - Unsure if a mandatory install is confirmed or not, but I don't understand how this will cause it to suffer. He claimed himself that the load times were horrible on the 360 version, it's a trade off, essentially.
2. Dragon Age: Origins - So another game by the same people is proof that this game is going to be rubbish on the PS3. Please explain how this works, thank you...
@Outrageous "Not much to discuss. It was the first next gen game with next gen graphics. It set the bar with the best cover system, the best melee and maybe most importantly, the best graphics and game play this gen."
This is the kind of stuff I dislike about gamers this generation. "It revolutionized some vital game mechanics, but who cares about that. It's all about the graphics!". It comes from almost all gamers, 360 and PS3 alike. ...
No, I'm not mistaking it programming for game development.
If you write a 3D engine from scratch, yes, it will be difficult and time consuming, but there are many engines out there that take care of all of the rendering for you, and you just need to write all of the logic.
You said "Developing a game is TOUGH", which it is not. Creating media for a game, perhaps. But the actual programming aspect is not too difficult if you understand what you...

This and LittleBigPlanet are going to make me such a happy little boy.
Though; this isn't 'brand new gameplay'. A video showing this was posted a week or two ago, but it was just someone recording a television.
It is, isn't it?

That they kill people, 'nuff said.
Actually, it is different than buying used games.

They did that with Socom 3. You were required to put your credit card information in to play online. Didn't work too well.

Although it's still piracy, music and movies are a bit different than games.
Movies - Most of the money comes from when it's in the theater, not from sales.
Music - Most of the money comes from concerts and little gigs that the band does, not selling albums.
Games, on the other hand have nothing like this. So it's completely different.
If a movie were released and not a single person purchased it, but everyone saw...

LittleBigPlanet... unless you H4H.
Are you serious?
All of those are easy as hell. I have the platinum for the game.
100% Shards - Just run around and search the whole city. Not hard; just time consuming.
25 Kilometers - Stand on the rails and go around them 5 or 6 times.
Kill 25 enemies while on a moving train - Do this near the beginning of the game.
100 high falls - Climb a small ledge and jump off of it and do a high fall.

The article really has no legitimate points.

The issue with using a game-making program is that your flexibility is limited. You're sort of constrained to what the engine allows for.
