Day 1 GamePass is as good as exclusive to me because its defines where I'm going to play it

MS is in a strong position to negotiate as few concessions as possible . Take what they are offering or see you in federal court where they will win easily.
Xbox 1st Party wasn't the best but had a few gems, but Gamepass delivered kept feeding fantastic games all of 2022. 2023 if the lineup stands looks to be out of control.

Owner of both a PS5 and a Xbox Series X , If you bought a PS5 you absolutely picked wrong this is not the PS4 xbox one generation, Xbox is the best platform with the best features and the best services. PlayStation is not investing in new IP's unless they are service related.
