I doubt MS announces Scorpio now. Maybe a slim version and a price cut but that's all I'd expect. I do see them talking about their partnership with Oculus and how they plan on bringing VR to X1.
At TGS? Nah, their biggest market is the western market so it'll definitely get a proper reveal here in the US. I say PSX and it'll launch Fall 2017.

Something to think about, its basically being rumored that GoW4 will be at e3 and that it will be Norse themed. Another thing I found interesting is that its been rumored lately that Kratos may not return as the protagonist, but thats not what interests me though. Thor, the god of thunder and also referred to as the god of war may be the protagonist in a potential reboot/spiritual successor as SSM takes on a different GoW from a different mythology. Why would u want another game with Kratos?? Games are fun but hes a dull character, not to mention his existence in Norse Mythology doesn't make sense.

Man I hope so, I honestly hope they don't talk too much about VR or PS4K but I know the VR part is wishful thinking.
We are a very small amount of ps4 consumers lol. What really matters is how the majority of the 40 mil install base respond and those that have yet to purchase a ps4.
