Just saw this on twitter, exciting news if true. I'll certainly be getting one alongside PSVR. I don't think it'll have issues selling to new PS4 consumers, but how often current consumers upgrade should be interesting.

Its rumored to release along side VR so I'd say its gotta be revealed soon. Maybe Gamescom but if you're going to do that why not on the grandest stage(e3) in your biggest market(US)? I think it'll be fully revealed randomly sometime soon and Sony will just market the hell out of it with advertisments. Its not going to look any different from the current PS4 so there's no need to showcase it physically in front of an expo crowd.

I fail to see how Horizon is influenced by the last of us and especially how its just TLOU with robo dinos, so I disagree with that. From a previous trailer it would appear that there are some darker complexioned natives. But this game isn't set in prehistoric times, its actually post post apocalypse, so yeah as mentioned by Edmix, natives would appear to vary in skin complexion.

I agree the conference kept an exceptional pace with 5 exclusives right out of the gate, boom. The VR segment was phenomenal as well, I had no prior interest in VR but now my interest has peaked. Only part that was dull to me was the Lego Star Wars segment but that was quickly forgotten about with the reveal of Spidey and Kojimas new IP. Disappointing but understandable, they weren't going to invest in a dead franchise without testing the waters first. Ppl want a new Crash, than support the remasters, but only if they're done properly of coarse. Sony should be partnering with Activision to ensure that these games are nearly reimaginings of the first 3, if they suck than everyone loses. Was in love with this game for about 6 months. Wouldn't mind getting back into it so I can play heavensward. Don't like the fact that you need a subscription though.
I don't understand announcing the Scorpio at the same time as the S. Doesn't make sense, you basically cannibalized your own hardware. Not too many with an X1 will see the need to upgrade imo, and if you are planning on it whether you have an X1 or not, why not just wait till fall 2017 and get the far superior product. From the sounds of it, the One S will be obsolete in a year.
