I think its safe to say that were reliving last gens experience again this gen. Every game that came out between 06-14 will get a remaster...Geez.
Never played Golden Abyss, but for me id say 4. UC1 3. UC2 2. UC3 1. UC4
After playing UC4 a second time this game is truly remarkable, gorgeous and one hell of an environmental story they told.
I agree with some of your statement but he's right when he said the year headstart and price point were crippling for Sony. Halo 3 was addicting as hell so there's no doubting that game had a role in the 360's success, but I also think RROD and a crappy launch lineup for the PS3 played just as big a role. A lot of things factored in, but I think the momentum MS had during the early part of the console cycle was due to the Sonys mishandling of the PS3
Whats more disturbing to me is why so many ppl care about likes and dislikes.
I personally would have preferred a new protagonist but I understand how he/she may not have provided the same hype as Kratos, who's an iconic PS character. I also was skeptical about Kratos being in Norse mythology back when it was just a rumor, but after seeing the game in action, I no longer give a rats ass! This games going to rock, I just hope a battle against Thor or Loki will be as awesome as it sounds.

I honestly don't think it will affect its sales. I think your casual gamer doesn't even know the Scorpio is set to come out next year. I think ppl forget that most of us on this site can be classified as hardcore gamers so we see these type of announcements before you're average person does. However I do think the Xbox brand is just not the main household brand right now when it comes to console preference, most ppl I know are buying PS4's and I think that'll continue this...
Personally I'm torn, I remember being pissed about the exclusivity deal. However not supporting this game wouldn't exactly be good for the franchise, which I'm a big fan of.
Left out arguably the most anticipated exclusive, Horizon. But yes, I agree with all except for NMS.
Digimon doesn't compare, Pokemon all the way.

UC4 is a better game imo but cmon, you gave yourself away just by mentioning UC when there was no previous mention of it.
Eh, how so? If you're talking about this game in particular I'm sorry sir but UC4 tops it in pretty much every aspect. Graphics, presentation, voice acting, story, gameplay, sales, critical reception, and even popularity as of late.
We'll see how things play out but hopefully they're not getting arrogant. History has shown that whoever adopts this attitudes usually ends ruining their relationship with the public.
