is very cool. So I'm willing to overlook the color!

Ruined Dante? Check
Unworthy dev? Check**
Dated engine? Check
What's next??
**The only game they have to their cred are Heavenly Sword and Enslaved, neither one of which lives up to the DMC franchise gameplay-wise.
surprised me.
I knew it would be a good game, but it was better than I expected. And I got it for 20$, so I'm quite happy with my purchase.
So Move is a mix between mouse and dual-analog input; it's 1:1 like a mouse inside the deadzone, but it's scrolling on the edges of the screen. I guess if you take out the deadzone entirely then it just becomes like analog aiming: scrolling.
I just feel like I'd get annoyed with having to push the screen all the time. I really need to try before I buy in this case. I'm a huge fan of FPSs, but I'm already so good with dual analog that I'm not convinced ...
The only evidence out there disproves his stereotype: the wii's success shows people (gamers) are willing to move, and GH and RB shows gamers are willing to get off their couches.
Where's his evidence to back his stereotype? Doesn't exist. This guy know nothing about games, and even less about gamers (less than nothing... yeah!).
Most companies don't give a shit about thanking their fans (thankfully there are still exceptions to this), Capcom ESPECIALLY. Haven't you noticed they're the greediest company this gen?
I think it's you who needs to grow up and realize this is just business. Nobody's thanking you for owning a 360.
lol
What kind of idiot would believe this PR bullshit?! Admitting they're alienating the PS3 users (which they are doing) would hurt their sales--but they'll never admit it, they'll just talk PR bullshit out their ass instead.
Was pretty close to that. I don't feel like going into it in depth right now, but I think it's currently as close as you can get to you idea. If you've got the game, buy all the guns in the single player campaign then head to the VR Gun Range.
"With kings like halo, Killzone and CoD we really dont need another 5 FPS games coming out each year trying to cash in on the FPS market."
Maybe you'd be satisfied with those three but myself, personally, I only like one of the ones you mentioned. Have not much interest in another one, and downright hate the third. Since those games come out in 1, 2, and 3 year cycles, if I'm only interested in one of them I wouldn't have very many FPSs to play, would I?...
it could just be that you'll level up less often. Who doesn't like leveling up?! I'd rather level up 99 times in the same time it takes to level to 60, for sure.
Never thought of a top-down 3D game before, must be a cool perspective.
Nobody here mentioned PS3. Funny how it's the people who hate the console who talk about it the most...
If done right, though.
If Nolan is on board, it could still go either way. As a movie director, the guy is amazing, so I'm sure he'd put a lot of effort into this. At the same time, he's not a video game director so we don't know if he'd be able to pull it off.
Also, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be involved 100%. He's a movie director with huge Studio backing (and I'm waiting for his next Batman movie!) so there's no way...
Hell, they got the art style from WoW, why not the level cap too? (Notice I'm still sour about the childish art style for a game that's supposed to be darker...) Not saying it won't be good, I'm sure it will, but I am saying it lost part of its soul/appeal.
Only reason to have a level cap so low, is so they can release expansions with extra incentive for people to buy--i.e. increased level cap with each expansion. Just watch, it'll happen.

if they're not rewarded properly. Give me some awesome weapons and armor and I'll gladly collect all the feathers. But if the only reward is a trophy... well, I'll still do it, but I won't be happy about it!
Also, I much prefer healing items to regenerating health (the worst kind being the "screen goes dark" you need take cover for a few seconds and you'll be fine). My favorite is the infinite use cool-down healing item... probably because I'...

Is the REAL Dante, in some REAL impressive action.
Not what we saw in "DmC".
Demon's Souls and MAG.
There are a LOT of great games on PS3 now, but those two are the ones I personally look back on most fondly. Mostly because they've been the most rewarding. Everyone knows why DS is rewarding, but for me looking at the game results screen and being top 3 of a 256 player match is just as rewarding! Or just being OIC and directly influencing the results of 128 people, that was amazing.
