It is x86 not x84
Steam has this feature already, but there are a load of restrictions to make sure it does not get out of hand.
"But many do not even care to sit on a PC to game"
That made me laugh. Sit on a PC :S
Vsync has nothing to do with flickering, you should only turn it on if you notice tearing which does not happen for everyone.
I think consoles will only have 64 in conquest. Unless they give you more access over the player count like on PC.
Stop making up carp about the human eye. The eye does not see in frames per second.

Are you seriously saying you can't notice...
Actually Frostbite 2 is one of the most heavily threaded engines around at the moment. It utilized all 8 cores of my 8150 and the game was not CPU dependent it was way more GPU heavy.
I did. How do you know that people who don't pay are the majority?
"Hundreds of great games are already running natively on SteamOS"
It can do both. SteamOS will just be a performance boost.
It depends on how you define competitive, if you just mean make money while playing then yes. If you mean be fair and balanced then I have no idea. I don't really see Call of Duty or Battlefield as competitive games but it is entirely subjective.
Well 302 http://steamcommunity.com/i...
Yes I pirated all 300 games I own on steam
Someone sounds bitter.
This has nothing to do with PC gamers. All gamers like to compare their platform to an inferior one but not many have the stomach to compare their platform to a superior one. I see PS gamers bashing Xbox gamers on this site over the tiniest differences in visuals. In this very article you seem to be upset at PC gamers for doing this and then you start comparing the Wii U to superior platforms. Hypocrisy.
You can't see why an upgradeable platform outputs better visuals than a static one?
I can't even play Max Payne 3 because social club's PC activation server is down meaning I have to pirate the game for it to work but I can't be bothered as it is another 32gb :(
I don't get why people say these things. I have a rig that will run it on Ultra, why should I care if others do not. I know 0% of console gamers will run it on Ultra as well but I don't care about that either.
PC Gamers felt great as the download servers are A LOT faster than PSN. I have done tests on both and uploaded evidence on the N4G Forums where I get 700KB/s on PSN and 4.4+ MB/s on Steam. Meaning it will only take me 4 hours to download Max Payne.
You're not alone. I am a hobbyist developer and I know there are several like me on this site and even some indie and professional devs. You seem to have the motivation down and that is worth more than anything. Good luck with your project.
I hope you don't play games on consoles either, I really don't want to meet more ignorant kids online.
