No thanks, the only reason I read these articles is to watch console fanboys argue about sales numbers for some inconceivable reason.
The SLI Scaling is a bit weak, my second 980 only gives me an extra 10 - 15 frames over the 50 - 70 (1440p maxed out) one card achieves.
And PC plays a huge role in Ubisoft's sales. And also EA's sales. http://www.dsogaming.com/ne...
GTA 5 had crappy texture filtering on PS4.
I always thought halo was well known for it's wide open maps in single-player. Especially Halo 3 onwards. It definitely is not a corridor shooter but it is linear.
I feel like the people here who dismiss Deus Ex completely are probably pretty young and did not play it back then. I'm too young to have played it and was introduced to it via the reboot but I do know how treasured the first game was. The second game not so much :P
I've never seen this as a demanding setting, I set it to 16 times on every game I play and don't even see a performance drop.
It would be interesting to see what the majority of PC Gamers chose as they are not tied to any one controller. I am guessing the 360 controller would be the most popular and highest rated.
If you have only tried the dualshock 3 then I would recommend trying the dualshock 4. Both controllers have advantages and disadvantages though and it is hard to find a clear winner. The Xbox One controller has a more weighty feel and works natively with many more PC games. The Dualshock 4 has easier to use bumpers and a touch pad that can act as a mouse in PC games, meaning you can navigate menus that were not built for a controller if need be. Overall the Dualshock 4 wins for me but it coul...
Have you tried CV1? I got to try it earlier this year and it has really spot on head tracking. Interesting the best display for VR I have tried is the Gear VR due to the 2560x1440 resolution and super high pixel density. The screen door effect almost disappears.
You are not wrong, but games like that are probably not well suited to VR either. You should watch Valves talk at EGX Rezzed 2015. They had some VR developers on this stage and talked about how many things they had to do differently to make a game feel good to play with VR.
Games need to be designed with VR in mind from the get go.
Err, Sony said it will cost as much as a new console.

We don't know how much oculus will cost, it will probably be in the same ballpark. I have tried the oculus rift CV1 at gamescom and it is the most comfortable VR experience I have had, the headset fits really well and the tracking is spot on. Paired...
I'm guessing you don't suffer from messages that take forever to send.
I hope it takes off, not because I want one but because I think it will be a huge blow to the general public's perception of VR if this thing comes out and it sucks. I have a Gear VR at the moment which is pretty awesome, will probably pick up the Vive or the Rift next year.
Although the article does not mention it at all this game is also coming to PC.
Oculus are targeting the PC Market which is pretty much digital only nowadays.
In teamspeak right click your name and go to connection info, you may have a fast connection but that means squat if you are suffering from tons of packet loss.
I do all my multiplatform gaming on PC and have a PS4 and an Xbone for console exclusives.
Likewise with Consoles, people are still pretending those are plug and play like they used to be.
