Back up your games. Plus my pc hard drives have never failed. No game on steam i have downloaded was 25gb. biggest i have seen is 16gb GTA4. Of course internet speeds are a problem though.

I already own mw2 so im not buying mw3. I have never had a game like bf3 as i joined the battlefield series with bad company 1. And on PC with 64 players it sure is an experience to behold. All out warfare.
PCs have a lot more games that consoles dont. Your point? If you want all games get all platforms. I need my starcraft and indie ganes, dont care for gears or uncharted
@signified you do know that game devs use horrible tricks to make their game work with that low ram. Plus their is a difference to how much ram the game is actually using and how much has been allocated to it.
I am running dual 6850's and they sure are not as powefull as a 580. Close to it but not as powerfull. Unless the game has good crossfire scaling like metro 2033
Well the way i see it sony and microsoft have three options, 1)Play it safe upgrade the RAM and graphics card to get to 1080p 60 fps.
2)Go best current pc specs and sell at a loss. Rely on software sales for revenue, which will most likely drive up the cost of games.
3)Go best current pc specs and sell at a higher price. Hope to god that people buy it.
What is the point of tracking pc retail sales, Most of my friends gaming PC's dont even have a dvd drive. Messing around with discs and going to stores is just extra hassle with no benefits.
Steam also does not set the prices. It is the publisher. So we should just all blame publishers.

Well PS3 is more popular over all and more popular on this site. Not many console gamers even know what steam is if i talk to them about it. But I see this hitting the front page sooner or later.
