Saints Row is not a story driven game. It's an over the top action game with dialogue that is easily interchangable, regardless of what type of character you're playing as.
I would still like to play a GTA game with Boonie and Clyde type two main characters though.

What? No. No way. General consensus on GTA IV's driving mechanics was that they handled terribly and felt like steering big ships. I'm pretty sure people who wanted IV's driving mechanics back are in minority.
Couldn't agree more. There are far, far worse games out there than Alpha Protocol.
3DS. Vita still needs a lot more killer apps to become a viable purchase in my opinion. With 3DS, you'll have access to crap ton of great 3DS games like Monster Hunter 3: Ultimate, Etrian Odyssey IV, Luigi's Mansion 2, Mario Kart 7 and Fire Emblem: Awakening while also having access to all DS and DSi games.
