Imagine releasing this with the ability to play your PS1 Classics you already bought from PSN on Playstation 4. It wouldn't hurt sales, because the people buying this aren't always the same ones that'll play on PS4. Not to mention the pricing is a little steep for some. Other factors are not everyone kept their older hardware. Or simply never grew up in that console generation cycle. This a novelty item. Something that will likely be put on a shelf to look pretty.
One of those features I've seen requested was the online store. Kinda makes sense. If you wanted more than the 20 pre-loaded games they gave you then go there and add more yourself. It would generate extra money for Sony, and any third-party developer that signed off on their games. You act like this has to strictly be just an PS1 but smaller sized. It doesn't have the PS1 parts inside of it. They could have one up'd Nintendo.

As a fan of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and Uncharted 2 on hard. I just wasn't a fan of Uncharted 4. It's cool that everyone else loves the game it's just wasn't for me. I'm going with Tomb Raider for me.

Actually this is the answer for backward compatibility for PS5. Keep releasing those PS4 games on the service Sony. It's not even stopping despite people wanting it gone. They still release PS4 games on it... hmm.. lol
You and me both man, I liked what they showed off in the gameplay trailer. It's what I want in a Cyberpunk game. The world looks alive and the first-person aspect makes it feel more personal. Like I'm actually apart of this world and I'm seeing it with my own eyes.

Well, this version isn't for you. Regardless of what your thoughts are this is for the Japanese crowd over in Japan. Since most places in Japan have better internet than some places here, so cloud games work better. If it didn't work than this game would not continue what Resident Evil 7 started. That tells me there's an audience for this type of get around technology for the Switch.
