If you go to his SouljaGame store it redirects you to Nintendo's 3DS page. Safe to say, they got him now. He might not get jail time, but I'm willing to bet the ninjas over at Nintendo gave a cease and desist much like they did love rom which redirects to Nintendo.

There are better ways than getting the Playstation Classic on sale. You act like this isn't sitting on shelves. It is. Not even the diehard fanbase in Japan are picking this thing up. This is Sony's screw up. Much like the Vita.

Funny. He stole that dance from a band. He took it first and claimed it was his.

I heard all three were moved to PS5. It was part of RuthenicCookie4's "leak" information about PS5 and PSVR2 on reddit. Which is it? PS4 Exclusive or PS5 launch titles?

If you have the funds available, Sony already has a digital Black Friday sale going on in the PSN store if you live in the states. That's where I picked up God of War. Saw Last of Us Remastered Edition going for like $5.99 digitally.

Steam doesn't do physical media. Most places don't either. Good luck

I buy into this whole preservation thing that people claim this is. I think people are confused by the word. Besides, there's going to be preservation because states like Texas are going to help solve the issue.

I guess it's okay for these sites to steal images from Nintendo and use them without permission to you then? I guess you're okay with these sites profiting off ads then? Besides this wasn't Nintendo's decision. These sites agreed to settle for a lot less than the original amount. They knew what they were doing was a mistake.

So, would you be against Sony or Microsoft for doing the same thing? Because they have the same right. And are against sites like these that give away their property for free.

2660d ago 2 agree1 disagreeView comment

They shouldn't have been using Nintendo images on their site. Plus, these sites were also profiting from ads on their pages much like EmuParadise, which if many remember got the hell out of dodge before they were next to get sued and lose their ad revenue. They were loosely making money off ip's and iso files that aren't theirs, and you can bet they were making a butt load of money from those ads, because they agreed to settle instead of dragging out the case that Nintendo were or...

This had me laughing. Fanboys are a trip.

@2pacalypsenow No. People expected the same option Sony gave everyone in their Playstation 3, Vita and Vita TV at the very least which was the smoothing effect. This doesn't even have that. Even the NES and SNES Classics had things that basic emulation software these days have. Sony have been at this since the PSP days and they can't even bother making their emulation the same as they always have been? That's weird.

This smells rushed and just wanting to join in...

If what you were saying was true, Microsoft responded quick with magic. They had plans for backwards compatibility as soon as the system launched. There is evidence of this but fanboys just don't accept it. They had a decent amount of games before. They can't just wake up one day and decide we'll add this feature in because our library doesn't match PS4. No company in the world operates like that.

Doubtful. You're talking about something that doesn't even have room for multiple save points. Just one per game. That tells me this thing is already limited out the gate.

@Abnor_Mal You have to be trolling. You know the digital copies of God of War went down in price too. Nothing is wrong with games dropping in price shortly after release as I said before. It would seem natural for physical copies to follow suit after digital copies dropped in price. It's not a bad thing. Sony isn't struggling.

@-Foxtrot It isn't a stretch for Banjo-Kazooie to be in Smash. I guess you don't remember Microsoft has done things with their IPs before with Nintendo. Viva Pinata: Pocket Paradise was on the DS. Sure, they might not have published it but that tell you they are open to their IPs on other systems if it can get more eyes on them. At the state of things are with them right now, you doubt they wouldn't do something like that is laughable.

So. Discounts happen across all platforms. It's like people want to start up a big case over nothing at all. Steam and everything else will go back to normal. God of War was discounted too to $39.99, and that's permanent. Does that mean God of War is selling bad? Hell no. I wish people would move on.

I'm still wondering why Gal*Gun and Gal*Gun 2 hasn't been removed from PSN.

Not sure if you're trolling, but...

Yes, they have. Ever since XBox 360 users were allowed to change their gamertags. You would see a PS3 owner complain about not having that ability on their system. It was that common. This isn't something that just started happening in this generation. You must be new to gaming. This has been a long awaited request for years.

You had interviews where people would ask top Sony execs this question.
