Naughty Dog has said many times that they've trimmed down the graphics for a more cartoony adventurous feel.
Using a video would allow video encoding to effect the quality of the screenshot.

There are plenty, of racist Asian people. My parents used to live in japan and they have many a tale about such events.
I play CS frequently and therefore I hear quite a bit of racism going on. The thing people fail to realize most of time is that these are just teenagers sitting at a computer desk saying stuff like this simply because certain people are really sensitive to it and they'll get a reaction out of them and I can guarantee you most of those teenagers probably aren't seriously that racist in their day to day lives.

Freakin awesome. But to be honest the game looks allot better when he turned off the filter effects.
The good news is that this looks way better than the plastic E307 trailer and that this is easily the best MGS4 trailer we've seen visually.
The bad news is it's also the freakin weirdest. Then again it is MGS.
Halo maybe a lot of great things but if there is anything it isn't it's innovative.

Well it's odd now that I look at the screens how very similar they look, rendering/lighting is tad better on Haze while the textures look a tad better on Halo 3.
But it is still surprising how similar they look visually.
I love Lost. But this game looks retarded.
