Although it might not be broken, it should be improved. So far, it's been almost a step backwards with GTA IV.
Games with a PC version seem to come out with a shitload of bugs one way or another. Haven't played it yet, but I'm sure some things will get better.
And the community of modders will definitely tear the "consolized" interface apart if they really want to. That is, when the tools come out.
BF3's sound definitely blew me away, I somehow doubt MW3 matches but I'll give it the assumption that it is probably pretty damn good still.
