yep i couldn't have put it any better my self that is exactly how i see things playing out. their next move should be to justify the price tag and give a reason for people to trust the company that set out to prevent people from owning the games they buy. i have to say this is a happy day for all gamers, i wonder though if the console can play offline does this mean all the cloud processing talk is indeed bullshit or that it will only be used for persistent world games (in other words mmo...
if they had sold kinect separate the XBone would have been alot cheaper and they would have made a bigger profit margin on both the console and the kinect for people who actually wanted to buy it. i mean that just seems self explanatory to me. then all they would have to do is release many great and ORIGINAL games for it and they are on the right track in that regard
doesn't change the fact that they are charging you $100 more for inferior hardware and mandatory kinect which i have no interest in. just give me package without the kinect that is alot cheaper than the ps4 and were on to something
at no point did i say all games were running on pc i said only the one pictured and there is no denying that. as for BF4 the backspace symbol is the only indication that it may have ran on a pc. and anyway i also said that the game running on the pc is no problem at all. if the side wall was covered then that picture is meaningless i'm pretty sure every E3 there are games running on pc instead of on a console that has just been released. the issue is using hardware that is not even close ...
no i am saying the ones pictured here http://www.cinemablend.com/... and the BF4 demo were not running on the XBone the backspace logo was clearly visible on the top right during the bf4 demo
lol at disagrees i don't get it can you not see the pictures in the link i provided? please do explain to me how you could possible...
running on pc is not the issue, no not at all. the issue is running your games ON AN NVIDIA GTX CARD. this is so wrong for more reason than one. 1) the Xbox one runs on an AMD card a competitors hardware 2) the xbox one is said to have 1.2 teraflops a gtx titan has 4.5 more than FOUR TIMES THE RAW PERFORMANCE. not even taking into account a gtx titan has 6GB of gddr5 ram. the pc's that were running the xbox one demo's that were pictured and the one that was running the BF4 presentatio...
i wouldn't take this as confirmation just a slip of the tongue by mark cerny. if so there are way too many questions need answering with regards to copyright and whatnot. also in this article http://www.psu.com/a019905/... head of ustream says something about being able to stream to the playstation website i would assume that if there are complicatio...
it won't even work in Japan at launch. Japan is not included in the 21 countries listed by microsoft. how anyone can claim it will "shine" in Japan is beyond me. besides its struggling to shine in the rest of the world let alone Japan with almost half the EU excluded from the list of countries where the XBone is playable at launch MS has bigger problems than figuring out how to reach the Japanese audience. they should start by figuring out how to reach their own audience
yep! if console will have drm then GOG is where its at! may get witcher 3 from there to show support
DayZ standalone dev was concerned about this. that game requires alot of updates and bug fixes and to pay $10,000 for that is nonsensical.
Lol, so true. while i don't like or agree with cliff.B almost 90% of the time i do appreciate that he is willing to talk and discuss topics with an honest opinion rather than PR gibberish.
and he is also makes nonsensical statements like "the cloud gives more" the idea that the cloud can somehow make your machine more powerful is absolute bullshit. and even if it were to be true it would mean you would need a constant internet connection else you can't play that game because the machine can't run it without "the power of the cloud"
well if you gonna release the headset on its own they should have made a high quality one like the pulse headset for PS.
Japanese warrior sort of setting would be cool but honestly i have completely lost interest in the series. they are releasing them year after year when i havent even found the time to finish the game before. the story has been dragged out and milked and is no longer interesting.
MS doesn't feel sorry for you...
well, that only concerns anyone willing to buy the XBone. certainly not me.
wiiU actually had a really strong showing at E3 and announced many games despite not having a conference it would be naive to rule nintendo out.
i don't get it just play it off the Blu ray disc, right?
also the bit regarding kinect when he said "Kinect is there because Microsoft spent a ton of money researching it and they don’t want its install base as bad as it was on the 360." that still doesn't mean they should force you to buy it by making it mandatory for no apperent reason. i have still yet to hear one good reason why kinect HAS to be connected. voice commands and gestures i will never use when i just have my controller in my hand so why can't i just disconnect it? ...
i they played it safe with regards to the games they announced at E3 (apart from the indie devs part which was amazing) sony should make a scene at gamescom
