i know many of those people my self but i think the call of duty influence has faded. before it was common for everyone to be talking about cod and how they are the best at it i would hear people talking about the game everywhere at school,outside school even on public transport and the radio. now however if anyone says they play cod the reaction is either "meh" or just a strange look. i think the series is in decline.

who knows maybe you get a fan base from streaming vid online? also with game like planetside if you join an outfit with lots of members you can easily fill up your friends list
QTE is a game mechanic like aiming down sights, hiding behind cover, stealth etc.. its how game devs use it thats the problem

it depend how much stock they had/were given unless we know that the consoles selling out could mean anything it could mean they sold out of the 20 consoles they had or the 20,000 consoles they had. regardless these constant updates on pre-order sales are getting out of hand and are losing relevance if people are really that interested its the first-day sales they should be looking at

if you want you can get it on PC of GOG look out for it at the summer sale the reason i say this is because there has been a fan made (non-official but approved by the devs) MOD by Andrzej Kwiatkowski a gameplay Designer on The Witcher 3 which improves the combat and even includes new animations that might make the game just that much better than it already is

i've been playing demon souls from this months psplus collection and i am not sure if it penalizes careless players or tortures them that game is so hard and in a weird way not at all frustrating, mostly just fun. really been enjoying it and i have to say the idea of having to go back to the place you died to regain your souls is clever.
