Well aside from the fact that the author only interviewed 20 people to make these conclusions, at the end what is wrong with this "technomasculinity"? It's just a fancy term for male nerds who see their self-worth (and judge their peers) according to technical or gaming savvy rather than say athletics. I think the author needs to watch Revenge of the Nerds, and maybe even Revenge of the Nerds 2.
