Confession: V was the only MGS I liked enough to get through. But then I played Ghost Recon Wildlands and realized "oh this has all the stuff I like about MGS V with none of the pretentious nonsense." Which is ironic because that's exactly what happened when I first played the original Splinter Cell after having played MGS II. I don't want to be read a story at bedtime, I want to have the initiative and play a game.

I'm hoping the rumors are true and they are releasing a Premium version of GamePass where you pay $2 a month instead of $1 and in return you don't have access to or have to see advertisements for We Happy Few. It will be a first day purchase for me.
