I never really had any trouble with lair controls at all. People kept saying they had trouble with the accelerate and the 180, and yes, they were hard to do, until I realized that I had been doing it incorrectly. It would say to jerk up or down, and when I did it, it would only work about 1/3rd of the time. Then I realized that the way I was doing it was wrong, I had been raising(or dropping) my arms keeping my wrists locked(so if I had been carrying a plate of food, it would have been tosse...
I have Demon's Souls and Uncharted 2. If I had only once choice it would be Demon's Souls.
I have never even heard of anyone who did not like demons souls after getting into it. Level 1-1 sucks, hard, they throw the game at you with no help. But when you finally get past it, you can now level up, go to any other worlds, and start playing the game. Most people who say they do not like the game never got past 1-1. I will even admit, I almost never really played the game because I ...
I stand corrected then. It would explain why tactics ogre: knights of lodus was so much like FFTA.
SE needs to get off their asses and make new ogre battles then.
SE did not make ogre battle, at all. It was quest.
I actually own the 64 cartridge still. Great game, I hope they add more Valiant Mantles, only having guaranteed 1 and max 4 was BS.
You guys asking about the "ghost" mod must be new to N4G. This was featured years ago, it is a simple snap on faceplate, much like the 360 ones. It is not unique, and you can get one for your very own.

I did a quick search for PS3 mod faceplates, then just scrolled through the sites till I found it. ...
My PS3 died out of warranty. They asked me for a copy of the receipt, and they fixed it for free(actually sent me a new one). I am not sure how you all are having to pay $150.
EDIT: Launch 60gig, died a year ago right before Christmas.
What band is it?
23, 6'1, 230(a bit heavy) and depressed over the fact that I have lost half my hair D:
I watched it for about 30 seconds, and said eff it. That was so god damn bad.
And it is for sure a day one purchase. Insomniac is the reason I got a PS3, they have never let me down.
flOw expansiOn allows it. I don't know how to actually make it do it, I just periodically have screenshots after a play session :P
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I already sunk 170 hours into this game (T-T) LET ME QUIT
I think I forgot a few things. I meant to make clear that I did like cross edge, and seeing how there is not a timer on it, I have to guess I have spent about 70 hours on it. Not nearly as much as disgaea, SMT, or oblivion/morrowind, but far more then any Final Fantasy save 6, which I have played at least 8 times(I have it on SNES, PSX, and GBA, and I also played it on emulators quite a few times).
Also I meant to make the point that the people giving it a low score(IGN), most l...
I really did not like it. I started on hard mode(always do on RPGs, if an option) and was just getting destroyed. I really was not liking it. However once I figured out how to break down items into active skills, and how to actually equip different attacks(I had trouble upgrading weapons for a long time, could not figure out how to get the mats to make the higher tier ones, because as I said, I did not understand how to break things down.) it got a lot more fun.
I also really ...
1-2 years, psh, you are lowballing it a bit I think. The first one was not made for 3.5 years after they were released.
I have not played in a while though, perhaps it is easier now?
...just enough to piss me off and make me respond. This is coming from someone who uses OSX about 20% of the time.
Everyone who purchases a macbook is stupid and computer illiterate. This is an opinion backed by evidence, apple built its entire corporate plan over the past 10 years on the simple premise that people are to stupid to do minor things such as turn on the computer. The entire ad campaign back for the imac was that all you had to do was plug it in. This was quite ef...
It was no longer under warrenty, yet they still replaced it. Now tell me, did you call them before you voided any sort of recourse you would have by opening the console? Just like with any system ever, if you open it, even if it was a problem they will fix for free, they no longer have to.
"Blu-ray is not only finished in terms of spec, but it's also finished as a format. Optical disc technology has gone as far as it can go."
Are you guys kidding me? This is not him spelling doom. I bet you are the same people who do not understand that the definition of theory in science is not the same as the one you use.
Finished in this sense means finalized, that it is completed(meaning no more advancement). His second comment means that he thinks blu-r...
Right exactly, it makes things less sharp, more blurry, because as you lower the resolution you dont want things to be cut out as you are forced to sacrifice portions of the image, and so if you just blur all the lines there is less of a chance of that line being just being completely cut out.
I ask again why I would want this.
8 worlds in Warhawk now :P, but yah, I can see where you are coming from about the maps. I think it was worth $40 to me, I have already played it more then many games I payed full retail for(Folklore, EoJ, HS was short, darkness was short). But then again I have friends who I like to play it with, despite the difficulty in getting that to work.
But it is not nearly as good IMO as warhawk was for the $40, which I still play to this day.
Is this the game that the British journalist was raving about a year ago or so, but was under a NDA, so could not actually give us any specifics?
