Yes! Favourite Amiga game of all time.

A mate and I used to play this multiplayer before going out drinking. Gory as anything for the time, and that dragon was a son of a bitch.

You're in an abusive relationship with Activision's ex, talking about a potentially worse one with EA. Get help. Get out.

They lost me years ago. I appreciate the humour though.

It's suddenly gained a huge surge in popularity with the remasters, 6 and 0.

If you think it's bad, you've never played them.

Good start. No bloody empty open world either.

Nobody cares GIF here.

They already did. It's a bunch of woke, EA brainwashed ex-students mostly. The sane Bioware team left long ago.

Haha, love the downvotes for a truth. EA are blatantly patting themselves on the back and selling it as good publicity to please the shareholders, when we all know a free to play game will draw large initial numbers. It's not as if they've sold a well made retail game that people adore.

Supporting an investor led gaming industry.

If EA put it's customers first, and stopped trying to empty wallets with half arsed games, live services, SJW nonsense, microtransactions, lootboxes, and not listening to fans (i.e. The revival of Dead Space, Syndicate and varying, well made genres of Star Wars games), things would be different.

Hmmm... To stop Nintendo from using them as virtual console games, so they can use them on a private live service maybe?

Hire someone who is good at it then. Please get rid of EA.

No thanks.

It's either cancelled, or fits EA's live service model. Neither are good options.

In other news, Nike gave out free trainers to everyone in the world. Claims consumer engagement with their footwear is through the roof...

This is CDPR, not Ubisoft or EA.

You are not allowed to count EA Access users, EA.

High expectations for a company that can't stay away from controversy.

"Welcome to EA, Respawn. Once you have gone through decontamination and processing, please report to the brainwashing department, where we will discuss the benefits of microtransactions and teenage trend led gaming. Thank you for your cooperation."

Has it? Amnesia, Outlast, SOMA, Alien Isolation, The Evil Within... There have been plenty of great survival horror games since Capcom dropped the ball by turning RE into an action/adventure IP.

Honestly, all this "blank has saved insert genre here" shit needs to stop. It's almost as bad as the "No strong female characters in games" argument.

Well yes and no. They need to start focusing on FF mainline games, and stop cutting into the development by creating side projects, mobile spin-offs, and movies/anime that take away from a full FF experience.

This goes for KH too. While some people like them, all the gimmicky card using spin-offs that split the story to handhelds are totally lost to me, a fan of the main games, and many others who now are wondering what the hell is going on in KH3.

Square...

I don't think so. Nintendo already have a good lineup of games coming, and their market is mostly loyal and also consists of other console gamers who play Switch as a companion to their main platform.

We really should drop the business articles from N4G. They're full of clickbait and inflammatory bullshit.
