Sod this game. Got killed after 15 hours play, went to retrieve my corpse, and it didn't restore my inventory. Valuables and crafting items all gone.
It took me three weeks solid, and I mean 14 hours a day to clear it for a review... That was before the expansions too.
You can get lost in it completely.
That was Pit Fighter...
There are a lot of downvotes here, but logically, he's correct.
Should reviewers go and change a review score a year later because a game may be more worthwhile now that it costs less, or the extra DLC you paid for actually makes the unfinished game you bought complete?
Hell no.
Just write an 'Is ________ worth it a year later' article.
Might grab Dying Light for PS4 finally. Never played the DLC on PC.
It is not 'businessinsider'...
It is really not.
There seems to be more to do... Unfortunately, after restarting yesterday, it's even more grindy than it was at launch.
Far too much to juggle for a smooth, interesting experience.
Space combat is a lot of fun though.
So if a license is up, you lose the digital game... That's pretty shit. IP's and owner changes should not affect past games.
Yes... If you're talking about the old Atari game.
Mortal Kombat was photo realistic way back when it first appeared in arcades. Look how much we've progressed since then.
I think we'll see a big boom in indie games when photorealism hits real life levels, as only the biggest (and most greedy) devs will be able to achieve it, and will charge through the arse.
VR porn will really kick off though.
Today's journalism is pretty much about luring and offending people enough for a click, then delivering pointless, badly thought out articles that are mainly worthless to the reader.
It's a shame, as the more it goes on, the less likely people will enjoy reading. Real writers get lost in a sea of hacks, and no one will trust journalism at all...
Which is entirely viable, because all I see is bias, propaganda and clickbait for money. Hope it kills ...
In the UK, a purse is a female version of a wallet that then goes into a handbag.
Don't assume nationality. /s (I don't do this assuming crap)
No Last Ninja ffs.
That's nice for you. And we care why?
Clicks = money.
What about the thousands of Steam shovelware games... Surely they beat this list hands down.
The poster wouldn't fly in this era, unfortunately.
When you have kids, and you can't show them how good Fortnite was due to a shut down of servers, you'll be frustrated too.
At least I have the choice of introducing my kids to Super Mario Bros., Sonic, Phantasy Star and Ocarina of Time.
Future games won't be as easily accessible.
Wow, that era would have been The Last Ninja 3 for me.
The first Barbarian needs a remaster. Just the graphics though, gameplay was perfect. They should also keep the head kicking goblin.
A friend with Shareplay on PS4 that'll let you have an hour or two to test it out after release, is another decent way.
