Considering Ubisoft said this for Wii U, I'm pretty skeptical.
Ubi better step up to the plate.
Not "yeah!".
All comments like this do is make PS4 guys look bad.
It's a fact that PS4 is doing better than Nintendo, but we don't need childish comments to reinforce that.
I'm a PS4 fan, but this comment is cringey and unnecessary.
That's the thing though, maybe Nintendo should've actually released a console strong enough to play those games?
I get that they wanna be the "niche" console, but that just doesn't do it for me, personally.
The holiday season is the holiday season, I don't know wtf you're talking about "charts" lol.
Come this holiday, PS4 will have the new CoD and Red Dead Redemption 2.
What does Nintendo have to compete against those two juggernauts?
I get what you're saying, but if I own an Xbox or a PS4, telling me that Mario Tennis just released doesn't make me want to go buy a Switch.
Nintendo needs more system sellers like BOTW and Odyssey, especially since they don't get the major 3rd party games.
FromSoft gets tons of recognition, even if it's only from the Souls' crowd.
I'm glad that they're expanding beyond their comfort zone, but the fact that they went with Activision makes me kind of skeptical.
Nioh is an incredible game, and definitely better than DS2.
This is coming from a hardcore Souls fan.
@sirjojo
Halo 4 had an "acceptable" campaign, not an incredible one.
Coming off of Halo 2 and 3, it was straight up bad.
Halo 5 multiplayer was really fun, I won't disagree with you there, but the Halo 5 campaign was straight up garbage.
How does a Halo tv show sell xbox consoles? I'm seriously curious, please inform me.
The argument that you're "badly" referencing is that 343 should expand and make a new IP. NOT that they should make a Halo tv show, lmao.
Did they announce a new game? Because that looked more like a game engine reveal to me.
@gumby
Do you have a source for any of that nonsense?
Please tell me how many "original bungie members" are at 343 right now.
Hopefully it isn't terrible.
The Halo universe has tons of incredible lore, but video game adaptations have a tendency to be really bad...
We haven't even seen gameplay yet, so I don't see how you're saying it looks ordinary or casual.
I do agree that Activision sucks, though.
I'm mainly a Singleplayer gamer, so honestly, that's the least of my worries.
I think the fact that Activision is the publisher is much more worrying.
You can "agree" all you want, but it's a literal fact that Xbox did not pioneer ANY of these things. The entire article is based on a false premise.
@ultra
That would still be better than what 343 has turned it into...
This is hilarious, one of the best n4g typos.
