Maybe you can explain to me how Activision/Blizzard are on hard times when WoW generates 100 million a month for the company alone, COD4 is the #1 selling game of 2007 and 08, not to mention Guitar Hero sales.
I know that the economy is down, I am blessed to have a great job. But the video game industry is projected to sell 22 billion this year, which is up 5-10% from last year. So Acti/Blizz aren't hurtin for business I can promise you.

Well I know alot of them are working on Home, Singstar and Buzz just completed. They are working on the 1:1 sword title for X-Mas which shouldn't be a big deal it is a PSN title. It is categorized as Military 'Stratigie' lol. which I guess is German for Strategy. I don't speak German but I think that, could encompass more than RTS games, but I think RTS is right.
If it is an RTS it could be a PSN title as well. I have never heard of the developer so they are probably a very small company like Q-Games and ThatGameCompany.

There is a rumor going around that the BBC reporter game is called 'The Protector'. Being developed by London Studio's.

I think there are alot of engines that we have to wait and see. The 'White' engine from Square, John Carmack's ID engine, and Polyphany digital engine. any of these could trump Unreal 3
What happened to the leaked annoucement of this Multi player game? As far as Naughty Dog goes I hope they release a PSN Jax game like R&C Quest for Booty and an Uncharted 2 game, maybe in a different location like Egypt. With Co-op!

I have the 80g and found that if you go into your save game files some games take up a ton of space. Oblivion takes up 5 gigs, GTA 4 we know is 4 gigs. I was suprised by Oblivion bc I don't remember having a long install. So just erase some of those old game files and you will be surprised how much space you will save.
If I buy a bigger Harddrive for my PS3 do I just pop it in and it formats automatically or do I need some kinda of instruction set for somewhere?
Have they offically announced "Hardware 2" bc that is supposed to be in development, it is a large scale battle tanks game or something? I am not yet excited about this game but I kinda hope that isn't the big annocement.
Dark Knight deserves a solid game, and if one cannot be made then don't even bother. I would rather wait 5 years for someone to make a great Dark Knight game then get a crappy attempt.
The only reason Dead Rising and Bio-shock were exclusive to the 360 is because the PS3 wasn't out yet for Dead Rising's release and 2K had already 2 years of development time for the 360 version and didn't want to spend extra time in porting the game to PS3 (Kinda like Saints Row). Not to say I don't agree that Blu ray does give the developer more space to put more of a solid game together. From what I understand of home the holdup is they are trying to better define it, and find ways to make money off the thing. The Pic with the Theater in the background is very telling they may have a vertual movie theater as opposed to just showing trailers like they originally thought. Would be cool if you could watch movies with your buddies for an admission price. We will see though.

I have to admit I also agree that Mirror's Edge should not have gotten most original game. I mean PoP looks pretty damn good, and LBP should have won but it is understandable since we have seen over and over again. I saw alot of sites give most original to Flower or Fat Princess which are good choices as well. I don't know bc I didn't play any of these games but looking at Prince of Persia's demo I have to say that is a very original art style and fighting mechanic in my book.
