this games is selling like hot cakes. especially on ps3.
its shipped but the sales numbers must be close or there wouldnt have shipped that much in the first place. anyway it will probably sell out that 2 million in a few weeks anyway. shipped numbers are like sales numbers, they are just delayed by a couple of weeks. like if its 2 million shiped now, then it will probably be 2 million sold like in 2-3 weeks.
its time for these exclusives to start going. tekken, gta, devil may cry, final fantasy etc.. sony used them to build the playstation and now they are building new games to get even stronger! you gotta concentrate on your 1t party now. no 3rd party developers would want to eve put thier games on just a single platform anymore because theres nothing in it for them. unless theres a pay cheque of course.
this is old. we knew from their earning at the end of january how much they sold but im still impressed that they did this while still at $400 in america and £300 in the UK. 360 costs £130 in the UK.
people always say they are going for a western approach but there games sell like crap in japan AND in the west. hardly any 360 owners give a $hit about their games but i guess they owe 30 exclusives to microsoft after the 200 billion payment.

if your 3rd party and your loyal to one console its stupid! all exclusives should be 1st party games. if your 3rd party why would you limit the sales of your game? if i was a developer i would put my game on as many systmes as possible. either epic really like the 360 or microsoft are paying them huge sums of money to keep it on one console.

there really isnt much chance that gears will ever make its way to any other console apart from an xbox. even if epic did want to do it, im pretty sure microsoft will shell out as much as it takes to keep it exclusive and right now they NEED some exclusives.
as a ps3 owners here and im sure other ps3 owners will back me up but od any of you even care about gears of war? theres just so many damn games coming to ps3 to the point where any more will just be too much to take! its not like we have unlimited money! leave gears on the 360 just like how mgs should stay on the playstation but i dont think many ps3 owners care about gears either way so it doesnt really matter.
after they see the sales of FFXIII they wont bother making any more games on 360. ps3 verson will outsell it heavily. the 360 version probably wont even reach 1 million, not when theres a ps3 version around anyway.

how come people always say this guy talks crap? he sound ok and very porfessional but then again so is every company, well apart from microsoft. anyway it seems like sony are in no rush to cut the price and why should they if they are htting all their targets? i still think there is going to be a price cut but late in the year.
ever since the demo released there has been alot of criticism but to be honest i really enjoyed the demo. yeh like everyone sais, the controls are a bit dodgy but i aint one of those poeple that really cares about controls. any game i play it usually take me an hour or so of playing before i get comfortable and used to the controls. from what i have played i would give the game an 8 out of 10.

this aint any 3rd party THIS IS EA 3RD PARTY! they usually put their games on every platform available. also they aint even denying it. with MGS4 konami kept and kept denying it and kojima even said the actual words himself. since EA always put their games on nearly every console, why would mass effect 2 be any different? its not that i care but going from whats being said, i dont think even the developers are sure which consoles mass effect 2 is going to be on.
seems like these days no one actually believes what the developers say and make up their own bull$hit ideas.
