lets face it everyone, the 360 WILL NEVER pull away from the competition because it never really was ahead! after the price went to $199 everyone thought the 360 will be sold in masses but its only selling on par with a $400 ps3 worldwide. theres no way you can spin this to look good and no i aint a fanboy or whatever else people want to call me for telling the truth!! oh and ps3's online will never be as good as xbox live! its fair now.
yea when it comes to graphics no one even mentions gears of war anymore cause theres a good 20 games out there that look way better. what helped gears of war was the fact that it was the first good xbox 360 game.
why do people need a developer to say it though? we have seen the games on the ps3 and we already know from the specs that ps3 is more powerfull with the cell and blu ray, not to mention the uncharted 2 and god of war 3 presentations at E3! nothing come any where near those 2 games! and its no coincidence that both are ONLY ON PLAYSTATION 3!
you dont need developers to tell you this, you need normal working eyes! just look at the ps3 exclusives! nothing on any other console comes close.
guys a price drop or a slim model or both are guaranteed for the holidays! sony expect to sell 13 million ps3's this fiscal year, last year they sold 10 million and so far this year they have lagged behind last year, which can only mean one thing, sony are expecting a MASSIVE SALES BOOST sometime before the year end. for me the only thing that can get them 3 million more sales is a big worldwide price cut with GT5 releasing this christmas! BOOM!
well i guess everyone is kind of expecting one at E3 so i would be surprised if sony dont announce a price cut or atleast announce a new model that coming out in a few months and not tell us the price. which would leave us guessing.
god this game is such a beast! only a demo and it has sold altogether over 4 million already!

it doesnt really matter what micorosoft do as long as sony and kojima announce metal gear solid 5 for the ps3 then they will steal the show! even if microsoft show another halo, gears of war AND FORZA!! metal gear solid 5 focks them all!! anyday!
what the hell is wrong with you? yes sony are losing money EXACTLY! they have to try and stop losing money so you just said a slim ps3 is needed without realising it! how do they stop losing money? a slim line ps3 would be a damn good start as it will be cheaper to make!
they aint really changing the logo, this is probably just the slim lines logo but the logo on the games and stuff is still the original spierman one and on the adverts and stuff the logo is still gonna be the same. that logo is just an added logo. i doubt they would ditch the logo as 23 million ps3's out there have it and every single game case does too!
it will give the ps3 a huge boost for sure, especialy when you look at the games it has and is getting! anyway i hope sony dont do a just america thing. a new slim ps3 worldwide and cheaper prices too. especially for europe as thats where the playstation brand is still as strong as ever.
there have been so many rumours about this which leads me to believe it is somewhat true. the pictures also look very real. when sony said this was gonna be one of their biggest e3's they obviously werent lying. also people just thought sony were gonna sit back and get their asses kicked but they must have had a plan all the way long. a new smaller ps3 atb $299 would be MASSIVE! that aline is enough for this e3 to be one of sonys biggest as it will put the ps3 right back up there!
