If used game sales were somehow banned, people wouldn't suddenly start buying new copies of games. They simply wouldn't buy any games period. I can't afford to constantly take $60 gambles.
If it doesn't have Halo, KZ or Crysis in the title I'm not even bothering with it anymore. I have yet to play an fps that stacks up to those games.
It's funny that copyright holders will nail people who put up legit reviews/walkthroughs of games on youtube but "how to pirate" videos are a dime a dozen.
My purchase of a used game gives a store like Gamestop the funds necessary to bring in more new copies of games. The profit margin on new titles is very small, they wouldn't be able to carry half of what they do if they relied on new game sales alone.
Not a single game store would ever survive by soley carrying new product. There's simply not enough profit in it.
Is it bigger than the white vga cable? I'd get one but I've heard that they don't work.
