@raiin
And Move will shift 10 million day one then, I'm guessing because the only fanboys I see are of the PS3 persuasion. It could be an article about the weather outside and somehow they'd bring up the 360. They're obsessed.
I follow the Atari homebrew scene. It's been 30 years and guys are STILL learning and squeezing more power out of a 2600. Look at Halo 2600, for instance.
@bringit
It's a rerelease of a what, 2 year old game? Standards change.
Craaaaawliiing in my skiiiiin....
No thanks.
Go back to waiting for GT5 and stop worrying about the 360.
Maybe he was tired of their doodoo controllers too.
It's nice to see an influential man like Mr. Ebert come out and say what we're all thinking. :p
False shortage to give the appearance of demand. All companies do it.
Or they don't want to flood the market in case it bombs.
Graphics graphics graphics, if it's a linear corridor shooter like the last one I really couldn't care less how good it looks.
Yet they will be mysteriously bankrupt in a few months, just like they always are.
I'm tired of the constant bitch bitch bitch. Don't like it? Don't pay for it. Nobody holds a gun to your head and forces you to play online games.
Who said that!? Whose the slimy little twinkletoes.... that just signed their own death warrant!?
Frankly as a survivor of the faceless jrpg tidal wave that swept the landscape from the snes up to the ps2 I'm glad to see less of them.
Does that mean I want fps'? No. Would it effin kill somebody to make some platformers, mech games, space games ala Wing Commander, 3rd person (non-shooting) action games, etc?
Can we get some news please? This site isn't called Fap Material 4 Fanboys.
Oh screw this. This game is shaping up to be one big, annoying, timed fetch quest. The time limits are bad enough, but now I've gotta search for Zombrex and continually go back &forth? Wheres the gameplay?
Capcom has an infuriating habit of ruining their good ideas. Every single game of theirs is guaranteed to include a supremely annoying, WTF play mechanic.
Good blog.
That's the problem with today's set piece heavy games, once you've seen it the thrill is gone. I remember the first UC being a solid game throughout that was fun to toss in and play through. What I remember about UC2 is the giant dagger, the train and the tank. I honestly don't remember the rest of the game or if I even had fun and I beat the game twice. Same goes for GoW 3, I played through that once, saw everything it had to offer and that was eno...
Oh Uncle Paul!

Bot mode with a progression system? Interest piqued.
I'd say yea because it's cheap, you still get to play 99% of the games that are released and personally I enjoy quirky games like EDF and Deathsmiles that the Ps3 simply doesn't have.
I use the ps3 for exclusives and the 360 for everything else. I don't play online so even if xbl was $500 it wouldn't affect me one iota.
Have fun with that office chair racing game and Eyepet. ;)
