Euro gamer aren't the only ones leaking info. Their Rumours validate other rumours that fall in line with their rumours. Its not coincidence. The X1 chips are placeholders in the current dev kits, Euro gamer didn't deny that. Do some research.

It means power won't be an issue for third parties. The rumours point to the tegra X2. Although specs are still uknown until august 22nd, it will probably be enough.
