The one thing I don't see is a grill(PS3); I guess it was not meant to be used out door....
DirectX 10 performs the way it does because of the hardware it supports.. and because it was uptimized for Vista... it's not the first time that other companies like Apple release a piece of software that runs only on latest OS. Heck.. why is Sony not letting developers use the same SDK they use on the PS2 to make PS3 games? It cost too much money to make code that supports old platforms.. and the performance of the new ones may be affected.
Sony should just pay lots of money to one of Microsoft employ... and just copy and paste XBox live.

Yes... but 60fps version of gears was not released for the PS3 the same day. 3rd party are the only way to compare 2 consoles... and so far.. the PS3 sucks in that department.

I don't disagree with your post... no one argues that the PS3 can be used to run NASA. But the question is, does it offer a development environment that's easy to use, allow projects to stay in budget and make it easy for developers to release their games quicker than other platforms? Because honesly that's what it comes down to.
This reminds like one of those kids that are always bragging about cars that can run 260 Miles per hour and have 1500 horse power with a $8000 supercharge.......
EA is not lazy... Sony fanboys are mad for obvious reasons... but In reality... EA sport games do not have the same luxury that many other games have.. Other games can spend 4 years in development, while EA games must be released one year after another.
Ofcourse a game like resistance, Kill Zone 2 will be great since they have large budget and can be in development for 3-4 years... The same can't happen with EA Sports games... Do you think you will be getting the same game if Kill Zone...

People willing to play a monthly fee of $10-$22... will not have a problem buying a premium for $350.... or buying a hard drive if they have the core... most of these people only play one game! they are addicted to wherever MMO they play... and they spend a lot more money buying PCs to play them...
Money talks... as long as it cost more money or more working hours to make a game for the PS3 you will see lower quality multiplatform games on the PS3. It may not be because the PS3 sucks when it comes to development.. but that it's easier to make games for the xbox 360... 3rd party companies usually budget game development the same way.
For example, if it cost 10 Million to make a xbox 360 game that they believe it will make 12 Million... do you think they will spend 13 Million on th...

1) XBox 360
2) PC
By the way... the only reason why you see this games on the PC is because Microsoft makes royalties and on OS sells. But since Microsoft PC installbase is a given... Kind of cool... XBox live is being getting like 2-3 demos a week. No wonder xbox live is king. At the rate we are going... who's going to have time to play the actual games.. j/k
PS3 don't have to worry about not having this demo... game kind of sucks... just an attempt to reach wipeout fanbase. Never the less, Demos are obviously not something that Sony fans should be proud of.
