This is an unnecessary news, of course they have work to do, but it has nothing to do with the issues in the show. These are consoles we are talking about, machine which resources will be used at almost to their fullest.
At these point, and with these first games, this is not the case. The console drivers are not perfected, the exploiting system is not optimized, performance are not fully used.
So of course there is work to do, and it's a good thing.

At E3 Microsoft announced all the games in 1080p with 60Fps... So how is that going on?

Well, if Microsoft would actually have a foot in the mouth it would actually be good for them, they would talk less and because of probably be more wise.
A thing I just came to realise, if we except the E3 demonstration, that was running in a PC at 1080p 60Fps, hasn't anyone noticed that in the rest of the shown parts of the game the number of characters on screen is never above 5? Isn't that weird?

Oh these analysts, always stating the obvious like it was something hard to predict.
When they tried to predict things like price consoles, hardware or the cycle of life of an console,they end up being wrong.
Remember when they said that the PS4 and Xbone were gonna be the last consoles? Yeah predictions...

PC do not come close to console when we are speaking of use efficiency. A console with time will use up to 80% to 90% of its processing power. Computers in the order hand cannot achieve to use 50% of their computing power. Blame it to directX if you want. Worse, giving time and because of constantly growth of the software system of the computer, this efficiency drops even more.
That is why, even if your computer seem to be more powerful than the PS4 or X...

These games variety was enormous when you take in consideration the limitations of the hardware at their time.
