I don't want to bruise any one, but if the Pro is a mid gen console, what is the X? It came out more than one year after. And probably one year or less before the next generation of consoles, what ever that means know.
@combatcash Wait what, by the way you speak, you make it sound like Sony invented the pay online service. Well, MS had that for a least 2 generations. Nintendo is doing it now to. Nintendo invented the Rehashed paid version of games way before Sony. And yes they are all going the same way, because players have being supporting in that way. When MS invented the paid online, if 360 would have voted with their wallet against it, like when the Xbox One came out, we wouldn't have had all of th...

Sonic Mania is the greatest thing to happen to Sonic since, since a long time !!!
WTF comes to mind...
Pink is right. Let's follow a simple example. The higher is the resolution, the higher the textures are. The guy making the textures will have to work more ad harder to give the game higher quality textures. He'll work more time, more time means normally getting more payed.
Now imagine that with all aspects of a game in the making...
Bumping resolution makes games more expensive, it's just natural.
You can alway deliver a true 4k Pong game with consoles as powerful as todays consoles, but why would we do that ? It depends on the game.
Alisa's breaths have breaths physics !?! OK, I never noticed.
You really have to be obsessed to see this... On the other hand, feminists seem to be more obsessed than men in these type of things.
I hope Sonic Mania is great and it sells well.
Well, since story mode was exactly what was missing in Titanfall, no...
Of course a PC is going to beat a XboxX and Ps4pro in everything, including in the expensive price department.
Well, I'm under the impression that is not the first time a game that was announced has never coming to a console, ends up coming to a console...
And the worst part, it's not the lack of exclusives itself, it's the mentally of MS and fans.
Even Aaron Greenberg complained that player didn't have any reason to complain that Xbox didn't have any exclusives.
I'm reading Phil's saying like Rick Ashley is singing his most known song... What a Troll!
That's the problem right there. This is how you see things : "Xbox fans were happy to see the Xbox One X reveal and games coming out on both Xbox One S and X".
Now this is how a non fan sees things : "... games coming out on both Xbox One S, X and PC".
There lies the difference on perspective.
My perspective, every conference was bland, but there were some pearls amidst those conferences.
You're forgetting Nintendo.
Everyone is free to choose a system for its own reasons. But still the question remains, if a builder lies about the specifics of a certain product and people end up deceivingly choosing a product because of said lies, then there is deshonesty.
MS still continues in the same course, they have done it before, and they keep doing it now. They never learn.
@Lennoxb63 It was never about pixel count. This was just a deal because on how MS announced it's console at the first E3 "1080p and 60fps only on Xbox One", their excuses about their secret sauce, secret gpu, secret architecture, the over hyped ESRAM, cloud and finally the fan that innocently believe it was more powerful than the PS4. Resolution was made a deal because of those, it was a consequence of MS speech, more than a demand from the public.
Edit : I mi...
Using the numbers of controllers sold is wrong. Take in the picture the fact that a lot of those sales have PC users in it. I'm not saying it's not going to sell well, all the contrary, but it's the wrong method.
Respecting fans ? Let's talk about Street Fighter V then.
I remember that CAPCOM spured the same speech when SFV became a SONY exclusive.
Was the game better for it ? No. Was it for the fans ? No.
This is just PR bullshit.
