Bloodborne... Third party studio, but exclusive game none less...
That's is completely false. Souls games have a lot of story in it. It just that it is not delivered in a conventional way. In the TW3 you are a spectator. The story is given to you. Everything is explain.
In the Souls series, you're a scavenger, you must look for the story. The story is there, hidden in plain sight, like a puzzle, hidden in every piece of their worlds, in item descriptions, in weapons, places, decorations, statues, characters, etc... Must must earn the story...
Good point, it was really hard for me to play TW3 after Bloodborne. The combat in TW3 was so lack-lustering in comparison with BB...It was weird not feeling that your characters was being hit. There was always this constant impression of controlling a floating character in the TW3, like there was no feeling of weight...
@sullynathan I agree with you. That is why I had so much trouble playing TW3 after Bloodborne.
Both are great games, both have a great stories, both have great mechanics, yet I do feel incline to prefer Bloodborne and the souls series over TW series because of the combat. It just feels better.
We need Sephiroth as a savior !!!
We don't need more gay or other type of people, we need less sensible people getting mad at games for no reason !
I agree with you. I prefer bloodborne to any souls out there.
But since we are talking of this year goty, I do support DS3 for the goty of the year award.
I don't think the switch competition in mobile is the PS4. As you say, you should compare what is comparable, compare it with mobile devices, PSvita, smartphones, shield, tablets, not the PS4.
Get a friend to borrow you his PS4 and the game.
Seriously, people are missing out on this one.
Yep, worse part is the game is pretty good.
It's a damn shame. They didn't deserve this.
Wow didn't know that Sony was already studying/making VR headset that long ago.
This is like the eyetoy camera from Sony all over again...
So they brought hardrives and Lan parties from PC to console.
This is just like when they brought TV to the Xbone.
Yeah but neither of those companies downplayed the technology before copying it. And neither of them said it was the original idea.
You know what socks about MS, they have tons of licensed technology they could take the risk of presenting to the public, but they aren't. PSVR may not be an original technology, but Sony took a risk in investing in this where many, like MS, said it wouldn't work. MS now sees that Sony is starting creating a market. MS is changing their minds,...
Or MS is just waiting one failing commercially and then acquired its assets. When they saved Nokia by acquiring it, they entered in the mobile branch. That's classic MS for you.
It is amazing on how MS went from "We are not interested in VR. It has no future." to "We'll go on to VR when it's not gimmicks". Last phrase to be translated as making money with a solid market. From the beginning they were dishing out VR for AR. Now that a rival company is trying something, VR seems to interest them.
MS were the funding AR Tech we want? Stop copying other and bring something new to the table and stop following others damn it!
Don't worry, I've heard rumors it's in the making right now. :)
Well that is why crossbuy was invented...
Not all games had it, but it was a charm. I'm remembering dragon's crown.
Yes, but if it doesn't make any of the the 3 well correctly, it won't have any public.
Look at the handheld part. The Switch won't replace the 3DS because it looks big, fragile and what autonomy could it have?
Trolls, SJW, blind fans, over bearing greedy commercial... They all contribute to this.
The only mistake Sony is making is releasing to many games close together... Hahahahaa!!!
My bank account is going to suffer February to 2018.... T-T
