If they put the A team on and also the dedication put into anthem then maybe but until then I need convincing
I find myself with the same problem. I was excited to play some of the PS offerings and dropped a couple hundred on a used system but I can only play so much of the single player games and wipeout and crash with a friend but it's back to my online centric games on live.
No path of exile or Conan mentioned, both are august. I plan on spending my next few months playing those.

I dont even know how to respond to such a comment. Really? I prefer xbox but have played all my crash on PS before and still do. What does that statement imply? I've been on and on about ports lately and why would they not port, it's about money.. It's a company that runs for profit not fanboyism
This is not a surprise there were several articles stating it would be on other platforms, I think they specifically said it was coming to xbox after a little while before it dropped. I still bought for PS as who knows how long it will take to come out though
I think PS has done exceptionally well for what they always do. Focus on new gaming experiences and dedicate freedom to devs to try new things. They certainly put a strong foot forward with first party games. The things I find worrisome is the forward compatibility issue, it would be a turn off if they did not incorporate digital libraries in coming consoles. Also the few poor decisions to not allow refunds, ports from PC, EA access, mods, early access, game pass etc... i applaud MS changing ...

For those talking about sales, think that even a few hundred thousand copies makes millions for these companies. Not profitable is a fallacy in the real world, definitely expect all games to have ports unless it's 1st party or paid exclusive or funded by said company. 300k sold is millions in profit even if underperforming. I'm actually enjoying it because there are so many things to level and different loot, squads, weapons etc... theres an extreme learning curve but I see tremendous potential for additional content as well
Got in the xbox beta and this is a real gem. There's so much content and the skill trees are intimidating. Looking forward to losing my life to this for a while. Conan as well in a few weeks with pillars of eternity on console as well... good stuff

I'd prefer crackdown over those games personally... though battlefront 2 could catch me this time if it's not half baked like the other. 1 to 2 million is very well where it will sell IMO there's a PC crowd to cater to as well

Did you watch the interview? He specifically said he chose crackdown because there was a universe around him that was developed. He didn't want a Terry cruise action game. Around the 15 to 20 min mark.
I do agree with all of what you said. I felt those were strengths too but it just didnt hit as hard as the others with me. Something felt missing, I should finish though I hear it gets better towards the end
