Your math is really bad. It is more like 350K, which is really depressing considering that MGS5 is maybe one of the best games ever made. And the PS4 bump is also very depressing only 30K up for one of the most important Japanese games.. This was tragic for a great game and sony in Japan.

We know PT is cancelled we know that some people said Kojima had resigned as a Member of the board. We dont know anything else. Konami has supported Kojima`s vision when others would have thrown the towel in long ago.
I see a lot of backlash for this game appearing. Funny thing is if you check the users who are complaining 75% dont own the game. On steam it is easy to follow a comment back and see a person`s steam library. Makes me really wonder what is wrong with people.

You mean giving him an open check book tha he abused commisioning music and art that is never used? I love this game and I think Kojima is a genius.. but he was not treated badly. He had everything he wanted. No game developer in the world has been given the stuff Kojima has. Maybe rockstar with GTA. but GTA has the huge sales to back it up.
Mgs5 should easily out sell MGs4. As I said I think a million on PC is very possible with PS4 and Xbox at least selling 2 million each. ...

I hope it has sold well on all systems. I find it worrying that the ps4 version outsold the ps3 considering the lack of Ps4 consoles in Japan. It is a bit worrying that MGs5 did not take the number one place on Amazon Japan for the week.. It is pretty sad..
I love MGs5 I have it for my Pc and it is a wonderful game. I hope that Japanese gamers will invest in this game.. if they dont then it is really a dark future for Japanese gaming.

This is really depressing I was hoping that Mgs would sell 500k and shift 100k ps4 consoles. I Ｆｅｅｌ like this is a really bad sign for the ps brand in Japan and for console gaming in general. Fanboys celebrating a jump of the 35K for a game that is considered one of the greatest Japanese series of all time and basically a ps exclusive in Japan.
I really hope Mgs has legs and carries the PS4. I am Nintendo fan but consoles dying in Japan is bad for everyone.
