What is amazing about the Novigrad part of the game?
The Bloody baron was amazing.. but Novigrad was torturous.
I almost stopped playing the game on multiple occasions.
For me, apart from the bad design and story telling with Skull face in MGSV Metal gear had a better story and that is saying something because it was a rushed mess in the final act.

Not if the main console can also play hd disk based games then what you have is a portable that plays carts that can play on the tv and a home console that can play 3rd party games.
neither of these games should win. Fallout 4 is a mess and witcher 3 is boring and a story mess in the second act. The wii u is selling better now than it ever has. People like you are in denial. The average consumer is seeing the quality the console has and a whole new generation of gamers is coming to consoles and a lot want to play games like splatoon, not battlefront.

Report clearly states the graphic setings are exactly the same. the difference is one is 900 and one is 1080 the graphics are the same.

The main story is OK, some of the side stories are really fun.
