I don't think selling 100 million of anything can be considered a "fad".
But then again most of you don't know the definition of "gimmick" either so... go figure...
Gamers gave up on Nintendo when they became fanboys.
I agree the list is lackluster to say the least, but I think KillZone and Knack is worth the buy.
I find it ironic that people bitching about WiiU's launch games are nowhere to be found to criticize Ps4. I agree on your sentiments as it relates to PC.
"Ps4 the too poor to PC"
BORING!!
I can't say Nintendo hasn't been arrogant these last few years.
This holiday is going to be quite interesting.
Nintendo still makes more money than anyone...
Sony and Microsoft don't make even close as much money in the gaming industry.. so... get over it
Well said..
This guy gets it.
Nintendo shouldn't care about software companies that aren't smart with their practices.
Nintendo still makes the best software, that's all that matters.
You guys love eating up this sh!t.
Unfortunately, Nintendo is still in better position than their competitors. This is just collective denial.
You guys should be more concerned about XBox. If Nintendo doesn't go down after the GameCube... then they just aren't going away. Get over it
Im still not interested in this game. I'm sure it'll be good, but I think I would've been more happy with Mario Galaxy 3.
Of course Nintendo's always been able to surprise me.
I wanna play X, MarioKart and SSB... but that's just me.
I mean... Pong still matters and that was what?... over 40 years ago???
Looks like the damage has already been done, but I'll get it now.
Sounds too good to be true.
What about COD though....
Better start my Nintendo clan now.
If it sells well and gamers demand it, they could have a patch.
Not that I see that happening. Nintendo posesses the majority of the blame for lack of enthusiasm in regards to the oddly named WiiU.
But ZombiU wasn't great either... and Ubisoft wants to see a return, and they haven't seen it.
Yeah well so was PS3... and that didn't work out too well for me.
We won't know until next year at most.
I got the "yellow light of death" on a 40gig back in 'o8
Luckily I won a Ps4 from taco bell...
Im optimistic.
Yeah, except Sony isn't devoted to games.
If anything the Playstation brand has hurt Sony's stock. And I can give you some statistics if you're really that interested.
Of course you can... that's why they call it an opinion
Call me crazy, but this is my least favorite Zelda game. That's not to say that WW didn't have some of the best moments in the series. I just wasn't crazy about all the pointless rupees that couldn't be spent. Maybe I missed something, but I wasn't digging all the sailing.
By the time I got to the triforce shards.... I wasn't enjoying it anymore.
I'm interested in playing this one, when I can find a copy for 30 bucks or so.
Yeah, let's compare WiiU to a portable from a decade ago...
I don't really take these numbers seriously.
Just think of how many 360's that were replacement consoles during the red ring pandemic. Both of them didnt really start making any money until 3 or 4 years after their release...
Nintendo is not even close to the kind of position Sega was in.
Honestly, their competitors are more likely to go the way of the way of Sega than Nintendo...
If Nintendo can survive the GameCube era, then they can survive anything.
