That's because bungie's audience is still mostly xbox gamers. They know the game will do well there anyway. Kojima advertises MGS5 on xbox because his audience is mainly pS gamers. And don't forget that MS still owns a stake in Bungie.

it goes both ways bro. a pc can do what a console can but not the either way around. yes a pc is more expensive but you are getting way more. When its all said and done you will spend more on the console any way because pc games are much cheaper. Having a real gaming pc cant be beat because you aren't spending money on just potential. The benefits are there on day 1 while devs have to fiddle around with console for years to get the most out of the hardware. I guess it all depends on your ...

You did notice that the new drive club footage had the same frame rate as before too though. From what we've seen forza is on another level. Driveclub never looked better than forza and even with the extra dev time it still won't. That's probably one of the reasons it got delayed.
