I have to see i was shocked when I saw those pictures on IGN. I would think they would know what they are doing. Anyway having a 60 inch tv in front of me you see alot of jagged edges playin old games and the dvd upscale doesnt work magic but for one thing on a 60 inch tv it improves the quality of the picture A LOT.
Just threw in FFX... wow wat an improvement. When i first got my ps3 and played ffx I was disappointed but those movie scenes in 1080i are amazing!

you cant plug ure ps2 controller into the ps3, i remember reading that a company was making an adapter for the ps3 but then they scrapped it so right now, unless the sixaxis has a hidden rumble feature, i dont think it will work until new sixaxis controllers are made wit rumble

actually the ps3 is fairly priced (although expensive) they lose over $100 a consol that they sell. If xbox took the same approach and they would definitely have more respect and yea after reading that article i have less respect for microsoft and the elite then i did before

xbox elite is trying to be another entertainment console like the ps3 not just a game console.
