12 hours of super awesome > 6 hours of awesome.
But, multiplayer will be 100+ of awesome.
Only point that irked me a bit was the lack of stacking on smaller items. Most small items are stackable, except for some, like grenades. Some items are NOT stackable, oddly enough. But it's never a big a deal since I upgraded my inventory space to the highest amount.
The rest of the points sounds more like nitpicking, really.
I won't be satisfied until I can literally level a building, have it fall down in a certain direction by blowing charges in certain structural points, blowing a hole in any wall, etc etc.
Kind of like what Crysis had with the small huts in the first level, but more advanced. Wonder when we'll see that?
Woohoo, riddles. I suck at riddles. I wonder what this one means...
Maybe now with the SDK out, we'll see people totally revamping the game to make it even better.
Very interesting. The McFarlane Halo toys are pretty good, however Square Enix has them beat in that with their Play Arts Kai line.
If I were to spend $2800 on a custom built PC...
I'd still have spare change.
Only a year?
I would've expected like, I dunno, 50-100 years.
At least the paint job on them is nice. Well, the blue one, that is. The black one is kinda...meh.
Yeah, if Sony priced it at $200, it would be a total knockout punch. I'll buy 2. One for my brother, of course...*ahem*
A DS with better hardware and less games.
Oh, and a much nicer looking paintjob.
If the iTouch, iphone, iPad and various other tablets nowadays can sell for 200 minimum up to 800+, then the Vita can sell at 250, especially with the lineup of games it's having.
I mean, just look at how many people already want it. Hell, my hardcore Nintendo fan friend who bought a 3DS on launch day wants it.
.....So this was the thing they were gonna show to prove PC gaming isn't dead?
PC gaming is definitely not dead, but...this fits into quite a few PC gaming stereotypes. For one, $2800. For that much, I can get a desktop with better specs than that. Much, much better. Seems like 70% of the price of this thing is just buying the brand name. Pass. This doesn't help PC gaming, Razer.
Looks pretty interesting, actually...
Looks...like CS. With better graphics, and new weapons/models.
Whatever, I'm down for all that. The new reworked maps could be interesting too (like the staircase under the underpass).
That Nathan Drake statue actually looks better than I thought. Still not...spot on, but looks pretty good.
Already got mine preordered, can't wait to frickin' get it.
I'd say the Unreal Engine is next-gen ready, what with the Samaritan demo and all...
Not sure about Kojima's FOX engine though. Looks like current gen games, although there hasn't been much games or demos for it yet.
My money's on BF3 and RAGE, maybe Uncharted 3 but so far it's not a big enough jump from Uncharted 2 to make me all giddy, although it does like pretty amazing regardless. Gears 3, to me, looks like Gears 2 with more color. Still gonna play the hell out of it though.
Of course, Razer makes PC peripherals, no surprise really.
Although, now I'm curious what they have up their sleeve. Seems like they want to show something off that'll prove that PC gaming isn't dead (not that it is...)
Or, you know, you could just read first Halo book. Pretty much tells all you need to know about the Chief, besides his last name and parents.
If it's more on character development, then sure. I kind of want to know more about the past of the universe though, like the stuff about the Forerunners and all.
