Regardless, the parts are all made and designed based off pre-existing hardware, like the 360's GPU is designed off ATI's X1900 series of cards (unless you have the slim 360, in which case you get the newer 65nm XCGPU chips which I have no idea about), with the PS3 being based off nVidia's 7800/7900 series of cards. It looks great, but I wouldn't say next-gen yet. It's definitely getting there though. It just has terrific lighting.
I doubt next-gen will look like the Samaritan demo either, considering that that demo was running on tri-SLi GTX 580's, and just one of them cost a ton. Unless the next gen systems are going to sell at a massive loss, I wouldn't expect anything close to the Samaritan demo.

$150...why do they always have to use this as the "standard" price for high-end collector's editions? I mean, game's $60, artbook's about 20-30 (I've owned several non-game related art books and they go for about this much), behind the scenes dvd isn't anything, so that makes it about $80. That statue, at that size, is not worth the extra $70, unless the quality on it is ridiculous, and somehow I doubt that.
I mean, it's really, really tempting....
I think they're working with Naughty Dog a little bit on the game, so hopefully that'll help them.
I just hope they use the same art style, but bump up the graphics a bit. The first one was kind of...bland, I guess. Not that I didn't like it, but some varied environments and colors would've helped.

Looks like a mix of brute and soldier. Also, this looks like it can be a character straight out of the first Borderlands...maybe they're going for the same style/graphics?
I hope that this is going to be great. I have the game on preorder and know for a fact I'll be playing it....I just hope, after all the MMOs I've picked up and dropped, this one would keep me for longer.
My love for Star Wars might help a bit too.

I, for one, love the Dynasty Warrior Gundam games, mainly because I like Gundam. The gameplay itself isn't too bad, but it's the Gundams that keeps me playing.
Doesn't really look like YODA...more like of the same alien race, but not the same character.
At first I thought this was going to be the Chrono Trigger/Cross sequel that we never got, then I realize that that was named Chrono BREAK...
I can't really see the concept art that well and there isn't much info to go on...will reserve judgement until then.
