It's not 'maxing out' unless every capability has been used. And you can't use the consoles 'to their fullest capabilities' and not say it's been used to it's 'maximum'.
IDK - or it more like 'we using ever capability of the consoles...

They really have come out gun blazing and put all the downgrade rumors to rest - have they?
In the last week or so they've put out several dev diaries that all showcase extremely little in-game footage.
We're almost a month from release, they should be showing us full in-game demonstration - especially in light of the scepticism!
It is curious that they're not.
I'm still excited for the game.
But I do feel like the 360/PS3 development shines through in the next-gen footage.
I'm just disappointed that I'm not as excited as I was, cause it no longer looks like the flagship of next-gen graphics like it looked it was going to be a few years ago.
